Chapter Twelve : The Castle

After the day I had Jungseok, I had to carry him with me everywhere. I had him in a cloth wrapped around my neck that held him inside. Sometimes when I got tired of him hanging there Moonbin would take over and carry Jungseok on his neck.

The only way we could feed him was by stealing milk from cows and giving it to him. I know what your thinking, "it's not filtered" or "it's not clean", well it's the only way we could feed him. Right now I was working in the wheat fields trying to cut all the wheat wal making sure no sun burnt Jungseok.

He started to cry and I knew why..it's hot outside the heat shows no mercy, but I had to work or else the guards would find me and kill me. I sighed then pet his head so he would calm down somehow. I wiped my forehead then kept working. 

Moonbin suddenly walked over and spoke, "You want me to take over?" I noded my head and gave him Jungseok. Moonbin smiled at Jungseok and gave him a kiss on his head. Like magic Jungseok stopped crying and slept.

 I smiled then continued on with this never ending labor.

-Later-

I went into the shack after the whole day was done and sat on my bed. "Guys..I think we should run away" Eunwoo says suddenly. "What?!" Me and Moonbin reply. "This is no place for little Jungseok to grown up in, And iv'e been sneaking plenty of food this past month" Eunwoo explains.

I looked at Moonbin then at little Jungseok resting in his arms. "I don't know..It sounds really risky" I replied. I did want a better life for Jungseok then to become a slave like me, but what happens if we get caught? they'd take him away, or worse kill him.

We suddenly see a guard barge into or shack. "The prince would like to meet with you, Hyungwon" He says. "I'm coming with" Moonbin says, with a protective expression on. "Me to" Eunwoo says as well. "Fine, but your not allowed in the room" The guard replies. 

All of us went and started walking to the castle. When we arrived in front of Hoseok's door I looked at Moonbin. "Take care of him" I said in a whisper. Moonbin noded his head and hugged Jungseok close.

I opened the door then walked in silently. I saw him standing there dressed in his finest clothes. "Hi" Hoseok says smiling. "Hi.." I replied silently. He walked near me and went to grab my hands, but I snatched them away. "Hyungwon.." he said looking at me, "I want you to marry me."

 "No I will never marry you" I replied angrily. He pouted then said, "Come on Hyunie" he said holding my hips. "NO" I yelled at him, "YOU GOT ME PREGNANT AND LEFT ME ALL THAT TIME ALONE TO SUFFER!" He then was silent. 

"I'm trying to be nice here, Hyungwon I offered for you to marry me, the prince, you'll be drowning in jewels and riches along with me" He said trying to keep his cool. "I will not and never marry a selfish and slutty man like you" I said flat out.

 He then slapped me making me hold my cheek and cry. Moonbin suddenly bursted in and went and hugged me. "You leave him alone!" Moonbin yelled,"he had to suffer with your baby and your pain in the ass for all this time! You should say sorry instead of marry me you man whore!" then he grabbed my hand and walked out. Hoseok followed us and spoke, "Wait! Let me see my son!" "No" Moonbin said then he walked away.

We then went back to our shack and sat down. "Were gonna do it" Moonbin says to us. "We can't I say It's to risky!" "We have to" Eunwoo says. I then looked at little Jungseok as he yawned and moved his arms. Jungseok then wrapped his hand around Moonbin's finger. "We have to.." Moonbin says with his eyes tearing up "He can't live like we live." And with that I sighed and agreed to our plan to escape the Lee kingdom.
