This is exactly what the title says. I think some may not understand what the quirks will be as I'm writing. So here's a basic plagiarized explanation[the 2nd one].
1. [Name] quirks: clairvoyance-- can see the future but it is uncontrolled and happens spontaneously. The visions are indefinite though and can change.
The downside is you get bad migraines-- not too bad.
2. Astral Soul/Body?? [idk]
the ability to detach soul from body, granting super speed, by means of soul quickly moving to a different place and the body following it almost in an instant. This acts give speed in short bursts (or long term use for long distance travel), and allows you to go anywhere the soul can get to, regardless of whether the body (under normal conditions) could or not.
Con: memory loss and days of bedrest , so this the ace in the hole quirk
