Part 6- Truth

Hey, I'm back! It's been a stressful first week back at school but I will try to keep with weekly updates. If I miss weeks, please be understanding! Enjoy the chapter! ^-^

Rubbing your eyes and yawning quietly, you stretched out, feeling the presence of the boys and jerking your head up. You sat up and realized you were laying on Taehyung's lap, and only the maknaes were in the car.

"Oona! You woke up! Are you feeling okay?"

Taehyung asked with care and you nodded. You looked at Jimin and he seemed very angry. But Jungkook.....his eyes were full of love. It was because you'd claimed your soulmate. A mermaids kiss was magic after all.

"Taehyung! Why are you being nice to her! She killed an innocent man!"

You heard him gasp and he went to hug you, but you pushed him away. He seemed hurt but just sat looking with concerned eyes as you glared at Jimin. Your eyes blazed a bright green, but different this time. Hurt.

"You don't understand. You could never understand."

You snapped with a sharp tongue. It only angered him more.

"No, you tried to kill an innocent man for no reason! Who's to say you don't try to kill us in this car right now? You showed us how strong you are already. Brutal. You could never handle that type of anger, so I think you are unsafe and shouldn't be here with us. After all, you don't really do well on land right?"

He smirked and you took everything in. He was basically saying you should go back to living alone in the ocean. You felt the fire burning in your soul, the spirits of your kingdom alive within your big heart, hollowing souls screaming for mercy as the humans slaughtered them all, one by one. That. Was. IT. Time to give that guy a piece of your mind.

"He was no innocent man. You don't know how wrong you are. He was a shame to your kind and the devil to mine. I would never hurt innocent beings unlike you fuckers. Your species are the reason I have no family, no friends, no kingdom! You, your words are stronger than you think, one more insult like that and I could snap. If I get too mad I lose control, like earlier, yes. But people are the same, worse actually with their anger. They kill a whole species, erase history just for some money and fish. How would you fucking feel If I killed all humans but you and all for some meat and money? Angry? Sad? Broken? BECAUSE THAT'S HOW IT FUCKING FEELS! YOU DON'T KNOW HOW DAMAGED I REALLY AM YOU UNGRATEFUL BASTARD! YOU DON'T DESERVE A FAMILY, FRIENDS, HAPPINESS! ALL THOSE PEOPLE, THE BABIES, CHILDREN, FUCKING PREGNANT WOMEN! ALL KILLED! YOU ARE A STUPID MOTHER FUCKER! SELFISH TOO! Don't you see?!?!?! Jungkook is my SOULMATE! The reason my heart is still beating after all this shit! If we are separated, we both become broken. But wait? You don't care about anyone else because you're a fucking human! I CAN'T BELIEVE I EVER TRUSTED YOU ASSHOLES FOR A SECOND! I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME! But you just saw the pretty mermaid and thought why not break her heart? Learn about some new stories? PIGS LIKE YOU DESERVE NOTHING!"

You screamed at him and gripped your hair, breathing heavily and raging with pure rage. He just sat, speechless. Jungkook was crying and so was Taehyung. The hyung were watching in shock from outside and all of them but Yoongi and Namjoon who had watery eyes were crying. But after a few seconds, Jimin still wasn't done.

"You're the monster! You make my brothers cry and give them hassle on the daily! And now you've fucking reeled Jungkook in. You gonna kill him too, like the man who you say was so evil? Because killing someone is evil, much more evil than the man could've been- he was helping you! You should be locked in some zoo or something since you're technically a wild animal!"

He winced and instantly felt remorse, but all you saw was red. You couldn't even register anything anymore.

"I LOVE HIM! I LOVE HIM MORE THAN YOU COULD EVER KNOW BECAUSE YOUR COLD HEART IS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE COMPASSION MY KIND TRULY FEEL. WE NEVER DID ANYTHING! WE WERE INNOCENT! MAYBE YOU SHOULD BE IN THE ZOO- NOT EVEN THAT! A FARM WITH ALL THE OTHER PIGS AND COWS! BECAUSE CLEARLY YOU AREN'T CAPABLE OF EMPATHY! THAT MAN WAS TRYING TO FUCKING POISON ME AND END A WHOLE GENERATION BEFORE IT STARTED! BUT ALL YOU IDIOTS STOOD THERE AND WATCHED IT HAPPEN! DIDN'T YOU QUESTION WHY HE WAS INJECTING ME AT A SIMPLE CHECKUP? I DIDN'T KNOW BUT YOU WEREN'T PREPARED TO HELP ME! IF I DIED MAYBE YOU'D BE HAPPY BUT THE FUTURE WOULDN'T BE! SO BEFORE YOU BREAK MY HEART, LEARN THE REAL TRUTH! IT'S TOO LATE NOW!"

You sobbed and opened the car door. The boys ran to catch you but your power was no where near under control, and you threw them to the ground. Taehyung came to comfort you but in your blind rage you pushed him away with enough force that he was winded. Before you could run you felt strong but incredibly gentle and warm arms embrace you. You felt your soulmate stroke your hair with love and you turned yourself to him, sobbing into his chest, hitting it with frustration, luckily not hard. He let you calm down and despite your protests, carried you into the car and Jin locked the doors. Jimin was luckily hidden in the back and no one was hurt apart from emotionally. You just sat with now grey eyes, the colour was gone. The blazing colour had been drained. The boys now knew your story and the tragedy alone made them sob. not only that- it was their kind who did this. They felt terrible and Jimin did too, but his anger was just not in control. It was no excuse though, and he instantly apologized. You knew they were talking but all you heard was Jimin's words. You just sat with a blank face and then suddenly Jungkook kissed you. You returned it with love and then your grey eyes turned slightly purple. He saw it was working and carried on until the colour was back and you heard them again. The pain in your chest was now warm and happy, your broken heart was fixed.

Let's just say the untold truth was now told, like a wound that reopened. Now was time to wait and see if it heals, or if the infection spreads, until you lay lifeless.
