Ch1...

"Beep Beep"

I reached out to try to turn it off but couldn't find it.

"Damn alarm, now i gotta open my eyes"

I open my eyes to see the alarm it said 6:40. I could get up on time or i could sleep extra and have a chance of not making it on time to work. 'Hmmm I should get up but my bed so soft and warm' I looked at the clock it said 6:42.

"Might as well" I mumbled to myself.

Throwing on my uniform which was a black button up and khakis. I put on some socks and slipped into some black vans. I brushed my hair and teeth, washed my face, and put on a bit of lip gloss. I checked the clock it said 6:52. 'Yes! New record'. Now I grabbed a few things and tossed them in my bag. Ok I have phone, keys,wallet, and a few more items.

I get in my light blue ford focus. I got in tossed my bag in the drivers seat and started the car. I thought about what i should listen to 'Hmm I'll put it on shuffle'.

I pulled out of the driveway and headed to Starbucks for some coffee. I went through the drive through because why walk inside when I can go through the drive through and save time.

One of my favorite songs came on. 'Fine By Me' by Andy Grammer. So I started to sing along.

'Its fine by me, if you never leave and we can live like this forever.'

'Its fine by me'

I hummed to most most of the song though. Then I pulled up to the drive through and ordered a tall caramel frappuccino. 'So yummy'. I was going to go eat a granola bar and drink my frappe at the park. As I was heading there 'Midnight Memories' by One Direction came on. I instantly smiled and started singing along.

"Sing it, Sing it, Sing it, Sing it'

'Midnight Memories ohh oohh'

'Baby where...'

I stopped singing at the red light as a guy that looked about 24 stared at me from his car with a raised eyebrow at me. He had brown hair and brown eyes and was tan. I smiled sheepishly and started to sing along again.

"Midnight Memories" I sang at the top of my lungs with a huge smile on my face.

The light turned and I started off to the park again. I started eating my granola finished it by the time I made it to the park. I took my drink and phone out of my purse. I headed toward the swings. I sat on one and started swinging lightly. I looked at the time 7:12. I don't have to go in till 7:40. I finished my drink and got up to throw it away.

As I walked back I saw a guy sitting on the swing next to the one I was sitting on moments ago. Then I recognized him he was the guy in the car next to me when I was singing. I just stood there silent and then moved to sit on the swing I was previously seated in. I started swinging back and forth. It was quiet until he spoke.

"Hi" he said

I slowed a bit and said "Hello"

"Whats your name?"

"Why should i tell you, stranger?"

"Because I asked. Why won't you answer the question?"

"Easy, for all i know you could be my crazy stalker or kidnapper or murder."

"Seriously?"

"Yes" I came to a complete stop and looked at him with a straight face.

He then chuckled lightly and smiled at me so I did what seemed instinct I smiled in return.

He just stared at me for a while before extending a hand to me which I shook. He then spoke.

"I'm Henry. Nice to meet you and I promise not to kidnap, murder, or stalk you."

I stared at him for a moment before answering him,"I'm Kaymen and its nice to meet you too. Nice to know I won't have to worry about that now."

I looked at the time 7:29 i got about 5 minutes before heading out. Henry's just watching me now which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

"So...Midnight Memories?" he raised an eyebrow at me.

I shrugged, "You must admit its a good song, I personally enjoy it."

"Its not bad"

"See you can't say its bad because its not." I smiled. I checked the time 7:34.

"Well",I began,"I gotta head out now."

"Oh, ok."

"I'll see you around then."

"How do you know that?"

"I just do. See you soon Ry."

"Ry?"

"Yes"

"Ok then see ya soon Katy."

"Katy?"

"Its only fair I give you one since you gave me one."

"Alright then I'll be on my way now. Bye Ry."

"See you soon Katy."

With that I wave and turn to walk to my car. I think I just made a new friend. Wait I have no way to contact him. I look at the time 7:36. Shoot I gotta run or else I'll be late.

'Oh well, I have a feeling this isn't the last time I see him'
