THE THIRD MAXIMOFF, the avengers

*Prologue*

"Sir? I found it. It's on the northside of the building." JARVIS said to Tony and he flew in. When he landed on the floor, he immediately walked out of his metal suit, observing the area.

"Okay, J. What do we got?"

"I'm sensing iron steel on the wall to your left and an air current." JARVIS informed as Tony made his way to the wall.

"Please be a secret door. Please be a secret door." He whispered to himself as he lightly pushed the wall, causing it to open up for him. "Yay!"

He looked down to see a staircase that lead down somewhere. He followed it quietly, just to be careful to not run into more HYDRA soldiers. As he came to the last step, he looked to see there was no one left in the room.

But he saw something else. It was one of the flying Chitari hydras from New York. Just the look of it alone gave him the eerie shivers as he thought back to that day.

He saw the specter. It was being held in a type of levitating tube. As he walked over to it, the Maximoff twin, Wanda, quickly but quietly approached him, using her magic to tame with his mind. When he felt this, he blinked a few times to shake it off, only to look back and see the hydra moving.

The scene changed and he was now in space. His eyes went wide as he saw the entire team was either dead or close to dying. Tony immediately went over to Steve and checked for a pulse. He felt. a grip on his forearm and saw Steve was still alive.

"How could you let this happen? You could have saved us." Steve stated weakly before he went limp.

Tony shook his head in disbelief before he looked up and saw more hydras heading into the portal that was similar to the one he went through in New York.

He rubbed his eyes and looked back to see the scepter. He looked around and realized it was all a vision. An illusion. He looked at the hydra to make sure.

It wasn't moving at all. That's when he noticed something else. That it was powered but not moving. And cords were hanging from the top of it. He followed the cords down until he saw a container.

When he got closer, thinking it was just his imagination, he saw a young girl in the tube. He immediately opened the container, letting the liquid run from the container and soaking his shoes, which he didn't really think much about.

He quickly picked up the small girl and carried her back towards the specter. He sat her on the table and checked for a pulse. It was there, but it was weak and nearly faint.

As soon as Tony made sure of that, he held out his hand, waiting for the arm piece to his suit to appear which it did and grabbed the specter.

"We just let him take the specter and Eliza?" The other Maximoff, Pietro, asked impatiently as Wanda smirked.

"Indeed. Then we can follow them and steal back the specter ourselves, get back Eliza, and destroy the Avengers once and for all." Wanda suggested as Tony  called Steve for help.

"Who is she?" Steve asked as he stood in his normal pose, back leaned on the wall with arms crossed and foot crossed.

"I don't know. I found her in the same room with the specter. She was being powered by an old Chitari hydra though. It was just the weirdest thing." Tony explained as he stared down at the pale girl.

"What do you th-" The girl shot straight, her eyes glowing a bright purple as the Quinjet began to shift sideways.

"Woah! Kid, it's okay!" Tony tried saying but it only made the girl drop the jet.

"Where am I? Who are you people?" She continued to ask as the jet came close to impact on the ground. Something collided with the girl that made her eyes faded into a sky blue and the jet went back on it's course.

It was Steve. He had hugged the girl to calm her down, which worked effectively. The moment he let go, the girl was calm and quiet. Only once in a while muttering things to herself.

"Sweetie, I need to know your name." Steve said kindly as the girl looked from her lap to his eyes. She hesitated at first but then had the courage to answer.

"My name is Eliza." She had a very thick Sokovian accent which told Steve that she was from Sokovia. "Where is Wanda? Where is my family?"

"You have a family?" He asked as she nodded.

"Wait, does one of your siblings have mind control powers?" Tony said as Eliza nodded again.

"Shit." Was all Tony muttered as he went back to piloting the jet.
