Chapter 3

Jungkook's POV

Finally, I'm now home.

I'm finally now in Korea, the place where i grew up and the place where i left my first love.

It's not really wholely my fault though, my family persuade me as it's really urgent and to practice my business skills also. I need to get ready as i am the next heir for our company.

I thought that Jihyo will understand me since she knew that my family have some massive tycoons. My family, the Jeon's is the most called out name when it comes to tycoons.

But the thought of her not understanding me hurts a little, i know that she will really be upset but not that much. After her leaving in our tree house she started snobbing me, and because of that i didn't had the chance to say goodbye to her.

The promise that i told her 6 years ago must've made it worst. My parents didn't allow me to contact my friends in korea since they want me to prioritize the business, which i didn't agreed. But knowing my parents being persuasive much forced me to do it.

But nevertheless of that I'm now doing it again, i will find her and fulfil my promise. Though, the expectations of her getting angry at me made me anxious, i can't blame her though. 6 years without interacting must've been sad, i will not be shock if she already forgotten me.

I sighed by the thought of that "what if she really don't remember me?"

I looked at the car's window, taking a glance of the sidewalks and the view. My car are heading to my new school.

JYP DREAM HIGH COLLEGE, one of the most prestigious school in Korea. Only the children of the elites can go there, but of course the people who lacked in fortune can enroll there also, by a free scholarship. But the tests will be very hard, only few people that have a exceptional intelligence can pass.

I felt the car movement stopped as the driver took a glance on me "Sir, we're now here" the driver spoke.

He opened the door as i thanked him.

I walked to the school gate, i stood there there to get a glimpse of the school. It's really big, there are 4 buildings on the front, the side of every path has a Tree and flowers, the center had a Fountain. Some few students are chilling around the big Fountain, relaxing and some of them are talking to each other.

I must say the school's architecture are really nice. The one who designed and made this deserve a massive praise.

I was about to walk when i bumped into someone.

"Sorry! I didn't saw where i was going, are you okay?" He looked at me with a worried face.

"Yeah, I'm okay. What's your name? Are you new here? I'm Jeon Jungkook by the way" i said.

"Oh I'm Kim Taehyung, I'm a transferee here. May i know what's your section?" Taehyung asked.

[ When you study in Philippines and it's public, each classroom must have some sections. We use sections to divide students, the students are divided by it's intelligence so if you are in Section 1 then that means you're one of the smartes in your current grade.]

"I'm in Section 1!" i answered.

"Me also! I'm in Section 1 too! Do you want to join me to get my schedule and go to our classroom?" he asked me again.

"Sure" i responded on his request.

"And i have friends here, we transferred here together, do you want to meet them since you're just new here?" he said.

"Of course that would be nice" I said smiling.

Taehyung and I got our schedule and walked to our classroom.

When we got there, the teacher smiled at us.

"Oh are the both of you are the newbies?" the teacher queried.

"Yes" i answered her.

"Kindly come here and introduce yourself please" she fully opened the door.

Taehyung and I walked to the front.

"Hi everyone, I'm Jeon Jungkook nice meeting you all"

"Good Day everyone, I'm Kim Taehyung nice meeting you all. Please take care of me well"

The both of us bowed showing respect to all of them.

When we finished our introducing our selves, someone caught my eye.

It's a girl.

Wait........ She seems familiar.

With that long hair, fair skin, and big eyes of her i completely recognized her.

It was Jihyo

We made eye contact but she refused to look at me longer.

I saw her looking up trying to halt her tears.

I know that it's my fault that she's feeling melancholy, i broke my promised to her. I shouldn't broke it but i had to, apologizing can be cliché but i had no choice but to do it as she deserve a sorry. She may refuse it or not but that's okay, atleast i apologize to her.
