Twins?!

Once my head hit the ground I realised that I could just use my powers. Pulling the pressure out once again( which was much easier than last time) I look around and I saw...Me?

It was a basic copy of me but everything seemed darker around him,his eyes, the hair, the clothes even his aura was wayy darker than my normally cheerful one. But the biggest give away was the sadistic smile he had on his face.

As he walked toward me I realised he was walking in normal time, as in my powers aren't slowing him down. I looked at the clock and saw that time was slowed but he was still walking toward me like it didn't affect him.

Suddenly the shadows around the room floated to his hand and he was holding the darkest dagger I have ever seen. No I've seen that type of black only once before. The orb

'I have come to take your place Johnathen! Your time on this world was expired the moment you touched that orb!' with that he brought the dagger down at my head at full force.'HAHAHAHA'
'I can't believe you fell for that' He said wiping tears from his eye. I say the first thing that comes to my mind "you look like me"

'Of course, I'm a figment of your imagination' he said "really?"
'no not really' he admitted. "Then what are you?" 'I am your teacher, your sensei, the one who will get you ready to battle the- you know what I'll tell you later.' I stood there not understanding word he said except for the fact that he is my teacher?!

He looked at me in the eye and said "to give you a basic summary, when you touched the black orb you gained legendary powers. One of them as you have discovered is the power to slow time. I am the orb, you may call me the better John or simply by my name. Rickliskyln, for short Rick. What you have is the power of the shadow. One of them is to slow space time around you, the second is to manipulate the shadows like this dagger here" As he said that the dagger seemed to evaporate in front of my eyes.

I look at me-him "Are you saying that you gave me power?!" He gave me an unimpressed look 'And here I thought you were smart, yes I gave you powers and I'm here to teach you to use it, so you know you won't kill others or something' I look with determination in my eyes "When can we start?"
