Chapter 2

Nagisa's Pov

I woke up into something soft. I groaned when the light hit my eye. Wait, light? Where am I?

I rose up with shock as I looked around everywhere. I'm in someone's house. Just what the hell happened? Then I remembered a boy running towards me and helped me. Maybe, he brought me here?

Plus, did he changed my clothes?!

I blushed in embarrasment as I covered my face. Just why did I ended up in this situation?

The door opened and came in a red-haired boy wearing a purple shirt and black jeans. He glanced at me as I looked away in embarrasment, the thought that he changed my clothes. Both of us are guys, but still...

"I'm not the one who changed your clothes, it was my butler so there's nothing to be embarrassed." he said and placed his tea on the glass table.

"Y-Your butler? That was still embarrassing! Just how old is you-" I was cutted when he gave me a glass of water.

"79, now drink." he said and put it in my mouth as I drink it. I tried not to make eye contact with him. Like I said, I'm not into people, but this is different. No one had ever helped me before. This is the first time.

When I finished the whole glass, I started coughing as he went towards me and pat my back.

"You stayed too long outside and now your sick. You better stay here for the night." he said and patted my back once more.

"I can... *cough**cough*... Go home... *cough**cough*... By myself... *cough*cough*... " he sighed as he layed me back and tuck me in with a blanket. He placed his hand on my forehead to check my temperature. His eyes widened and pulled his hand away.

"Your fever is too high. You need to stay here and don't go anywhere while I'll tell my butler to make some soup for you." he said and walk through the door.

"Wait!" I shouted as he turned his head a bit. I was shy to ask his name, but I have to. He was being nice to me. Is that how people works for me?

"I need to know your name!" I said nervously as he smiled and looked up at me.

"Karma, Karma Akabane." Karma said while smiling with his eyes clothes. Not gonna lie, but I just found him really cute with that- hell what I'm I saying?!

"N-Nice to meet you..." I said while hiding my blush. Why am I blushing? I wasn't supposed to blush in front of a guy!

"Well, I hope you feel comfortable here in my bedroom." Karma replied as I looked around once more.

"This is your bedroom?" I asked while looking up at the ceiling (CIELing ;)).

"Yes. My extra room wasn't used yet, so I just brought you here in my room. When it's fixed, I will transfer you there, if you're still sick." Karma explained. Judging by how flawless his room is, I think he's a rich kid.

"Oh..." It's all I could say. My planned on killing myself was canceled and I met this nice guy from the bridge. Did god gave me a new life? Do I finally get to have a friend who will always stay with me till the very end?

"Rest for awhile, okay?" Karma asked as I nodded. He closed the bedroom door as I stared at the ceiling again. All I can think of... Maybe he will help me live for a better life.
