A beautiful surprise

Brad took me to do a lot of site seeing, which was kind of fun and interesting I learnt a lot and about Birmingham history, i haven't felt so peaceful and happy in a long time. Brad made me laugh till my stomach hurt even tho hes jokes were really lame but i must say he was pretty cool.

Our last stop was a little coffee shop on our way back to the hotel, it was pretty late already.

"Ava phone ringing"

Ava Mom:" Hi darling are you okay? Where have u been all day?"

Ava:" Mom I am perfect, I made a friend his name is Bradley he showed me around Birmingham today we are on our way back to the hotel now. Is everything okay?"

Ava Mom" That sounds nice honey, Dad and I have been in meetings the whole day but finally finished for the day would you like to have some dinner with us tonight?"

Ava:" Im pretty tired, gonna head off to bed early I will just order room- service but thanks. I love you both! See you tomorrow. bye.

Ava Mom"Okay Hun, Be careful with that boy dont want your heart to get broken again. I love you more. Bye"

I could see Brad was listening to my conversation, and hes face dropped when my mom said that last part, but when i looked at him he gave me a reassuring smile. Brad never let me pay for anything because i am perfectly independent, he paid for our coffee's and headed back to the hotel.

I heard what Ava's mom said about being careful, but i know it had nothing to do with me but obviously her ex hurt her, and she doesn't deserve that. The time we spent together today was so nice shes got such a nice sense of humor and she laughs at my jokes even if they lame. Ava is so beautiful inside and out and she doesn't even realize it, i can see the hurt in her eyes and I wish i could just take all the pain she has ever had away, its so weird that i feel like this towards her and i hardly know her, and all i want to do is spend more time with her.

*Ava Pov*

We walked home, which was nice the cool air hitting against my face. Brad was awfully quite on the way home.

I decided to break the silence.

Ava:" Brad are you okay?"

Brad:" Yes love,Im sorrry just got a lot on my mind."

Ava:"You can talk to me if something is bothering you."

Brad" thank you"

and with that we reached my hotel room door, I was going to go in for a hug from brad but as i was going to he kissed my cheek which was so unexpected.

Brad:"Goodnight beautiful"
