Today is the day! HALLOWEEN!!!!!! My favorite holiday of the year. Scaring kids, and getting candy, and scaring kids, and dressing up and scaring kids.

We were called in for an assembly and we all filed into the gym bleachers. Once we were all seated, the principal walked to the center, explaining Expectations blah blah blah.. then finally she introduced the dance team.

Once they were finished with the routine, everyone was cheering and clapping. Untillllll.... Maria, she strutted out onto the floor with a microphone in hand.

"That was honestly the worst dance I've ever seen, I mean seriously, are you guys new?? If you don't know how to dance, don't try out. I can't have you embarrassing this school." She said. I stood up and walked to the middle and ripped the microphone from her hands. The teachers just stood there and didn't say a word.

"I think you guys did awesome and support this school." I said to the team who looked down in disappointment.

"You. I have a song just for you" I smiled sickly sweet. I cleared my throat and started.

"Twinkle twinkle little slut,

Was he skinny was he tall

I did a little bow at the end as students and teachers begin to laugh. The principal couldn't help but chuckle but put on a serious face and sent us both to the office.

I sat on one side of the room while Maria sat opposite of me sending me the nastiest of glares. I swear, she's going to get wrinkles if she keeps looking at me like that.

"Ok, you both have detention for a month." The principal finally concluded. Like hell I'm going.

"What?! B-but she started it" Maria argued while I just yawned. Suddenly there was a couple of dings and Maria pulled out her phone as it continued to ding and turned the ringer off.

"Man, I get tired of guys texting me all the time, everyone wants me." She flips her hair.

"Yeah, you know what they say, low prices attract customers." I smiled. The principal let out a little chuckle but caught himself and covered it up with a cough.

"Ok you're dismissed." He said still trying to hold back a laugh.

"You're not going to say anything?!" She gasped.

"Oh my god get out of my office." He mumbles under his breath.

"You're dismissed" he repeats and gestures to the door. Maria huffed and stomped her way out of the door while I slowly followed. I could hear the click of her heels fade away as I walk down the hallway. I finally get to gym class and didn't bother changing since there were only 10 minuets left of class. I see all my friend huddled up in a group.

"Hey guys" I say, interrupting their conversation. I felt my feet leave the ground as I was lifted into the air. I turned my head to see Connor's wide grin.

"That's was awesome bestieee!" He yelled as he twirled me around.

"Ok, ok, put me down." I chuckle.

All the gossip was about how I stood up to Maria, again.

We went through the day with no more problems.

The bell finally rings and it is time to go home.

We all get into our cars and head home. We all go to our house and the boys go the guest rooms.

I go into my separate guest room and set down my costume and pull out my phone. I scroll through Instagram and 138 dms.
