On a partly cloudy day, in a strange land called the Mystic Empire, a boat was sailing from the Cold Islands to the Shorah Harbor. Two children were on that boat, heading for that location. One of those children, ran into a sheltered chamber, and opened one of his bags. Inside was a small journal. The boy took out a pencil and started writing in the book."Well, my new journey has started. And here I thought my life would just be about me living with my powers. But I was wrong. Oh, I should introduce myself. My name is Gothy Najimi." He then looked out the window seeing a girl trying to give fish small pieces of candy. Gothy smiled to himself and continued writing. "The girl out on the deck is my sister, Bella Najimi. You might be wondering why we're on a boat, sailing far from home. Well, I live in a world called the Mystic Empire. Nothing is normal here. But there is one place that is. Our hometown, the Cold Islands. That was the only place in the world that does not have magic. But for some reason, me and Bella have magic now. We weren't born with magic, so why did we get it?"
All of a sudden an alarm went off and the boat stopped. "We're here!" Bella cried. Gothy was startled by his sibling's excitement. He put away his journal and followed his sister down to the docks.
"Remember Bella, this could get intense." Gothy said to his little sister before they met these strangers.
Then, three youthful travelers came up to the two siblings.
"Hello!" One of them spoke. "You must be those two kids we're supposed to meet." "Uh, I guess we are." Gothy replied. "Well, great to meet you. My name's Ray." he said, with a smile on his face. He then introduced the other two children. He first pointed to the one on his right. "This is Barbara. She may look normal, but don't get under her skin, or she will give you a beatdown." Ray said, with a bit of a joking-like tone. "Hello. Nice to meet you both." Barbara calmly said.
Ray then glanced at the boy at his left. "This is Globox. He's cool, and very kind." Ray explained to the confused pair of kids. "Um... Hi i guess..." Globox greeted in a quiet voice."And who might you be?" Barbara asked curiously. "I'm Bella. And this is Gothy, my twin brother." Bella chirped. "Woah, you guys are twins?" Ray questioned. " You have a problem with that?" Gothy said. "Well, we didn't say that it was..." Globox whispered.
The group of kids talked about themselves for about 10 minutes on their way to the twins' place they would be living in. Once they were inside, Barbara took them to their new room.
"We knew that there would be two of you, so we prepared two beds for you. You can lay down your stuff, and you can come downstairs after you've settled in." Barbara explained before leaving them alone.
After about half an hour decorating their new room, the twins went down to the first floor, where the others were waiting.
"Glad you two are here." Ray started. "You're one of us now, so we will guide you through all of this. Welcome to the Mystic Saviors you guys. Make yourselves at home."
Globox and Barbara then gave the twins a box each. The box Gothy had, inside of it was a hat with a star on it. "What's with the star?" he asked.
"It's our symbol. It reminds you that you're our friend." Barbara replied.
Bella's box had a hairpin with a star attached to it. She quickly put it on and immediately loved it.
Night fell fairly fast after the welcome ceremony. Gothy then started writing in his journal;
"Today was full of craziness. We made new friends who didn't run away from us, and we have a new home. From here, I don't know what could happen. We might get thrown into a disaster! But I'm not worried. After all, me and Bella are 12. What could go wrong on this trip?"
