Arc 1: Chapter 2-2: Magic Academy of Archaia Empire

In the central building of Archaia, there lives a very important royalty, the King.

[ You're late, Vanessa, where did you go? ]

The King asked while sitting on his throne.

Vanessa bowed her head and knelt down.

[ Nothing really, Father, just took out some trash that may be a spy of Narchaia Empire. ]

Vanessa kept her pose still.

The King stoop up and scolded Vanessa.

[ How many times do I have to say this? You are a Princess! For us royalty, you will become a bridge to make peace with other Royalty! Leave the trash to the commoners and never forget that you're a Princess! In the near future, you will become a bride that every person will adore! Never forget that! ]

The king sat down and went silent.

[ I understand, father, I will never do it again. ]
"What a troublesome father he is."

[ Hmph! Make sure that is your last! You can now leave. ]

The King said on serious tone.

Vanessa stood up and walked out of the room.
Before she closed the door, she stared at his father for a few moments.

"I'm looking forward on the day you will fall. You just see people as pawns, nothing more, nothing less."

Vanessa thought with an angry look on her face.

The next day, Vanessa woke up early and prepared for school.

She then finished preparing and the royal guards accompanied her on the school gate.

[ This way, Princess, please enjoy your school and call us anytime if you need any help. ]

Vanessa nodded.

[ Thank you for your hard work guards, you can now leave. ]

[ Well then, Princess, please excuse us... ]

The guards left and Vanessa entered the school gate.

This is the Magic Academy where Vanessa attend to. In this place, teachers and instructors enhances young Magic User in order to make them stronger, the first day of school of a child starts on the age 7. Basic knowledge of magics and general magics are used until they get to Advanced School Magic Academy on the age of 17. On the first day of their school on Advanced School Magic Academy, they are separated by groups and uses a small orb to know their true Element. They put their hands around it and it will reflect the color of the Element the user has.
Red is for Fire, Blue is for water, Brown is for Earth, White for the Air, Yellow for the Light, and all colors for Celestial, if the user is a Criptical, the orb will explode. It will then release a sword according to the type of skill they awaken.  Elemental and Criptical are called Skill.
There are six known Elements for every wielder. 

First is the Fire Element, the probability of awakening it is 58%. It is said to be the most dangerous Elements excluding the Celestial Element.

Second is the Water Element, only 13% can awaken it on the first try, the most convenient and most friendly-type of all Elements.

Third is the Earth Element, 85% of people can awaken it at first try. If you are an Earth Element, people will see you as manly, strong and brave person.

Fourth is the Air Element, 61% of probability of awakening it at first try. One wields their Swords using the air around them, this can be a friendly type of Element and can also be the most destructible Element if not used correctly.  

Fifth is a special Element which is the Light element. This type of Element is passed down generations by generations, allowing them to make the Light Element to keep existing. 
Vouche and Kerhais are one of the examples of Royal Families who has a Light Element within their blood. 

A premature young Magic User who has a Light Element in his blood can awaken two Elements after using the orb, Light and another Element.
This is why Families with Light Element blood are treasured and invited to live alongside with the King on the Great Hall of Royalty since the beginning of the foundation.

The sixth one is the Celestial Element, it is said that out of one million people, only one will gain the power of a Celestial. Celestial is a very strong element wherein the wielder has the ability to use the Five Elements. You can say that this is luck or a chosen individual but you cannot achieve this power by just hard work. 

But not all Magic Users are Elemental, there are also Criptical Users.
Criptical are the term used for unknown, mysterious and special.
This kind of Skill uses a very complex power that awakens an unusual powers that does not fall down within the category of Elemental Skill.

Shy's "Ark of Future" can be classified as a Criptical.
