As someones phone vibrates as he grabs it and checks his phone as the police scanner was telling him what was going on until he heard the words Fisk Towers

He soon got up and started to make Toast as he went to grab his costume and smelled it and sighed of how bad it smelled and grabbed his web shooters and as the toast came out of the toaster and so he shot a web grabbing the toast as he was trying to get his costume on as he checked the computer system in the suit as he looked at the door to see a note talking about his bills as he was gonna look at it but he soon turned around and jumped out of the window and started to web swing around the city as he was following a helicopter to the scene of the crime as He soon got a call from one of his old friends Yang
Spider-Man: " Did you take him down yet?"
Yang *Scroll*: " No."
Yang: *Scroll* " We're at Fisk Tower, But still waiting on the warrant."
Spider-Man: " Mind if I join in on the fun."
He said as he was still web swinging to Fisk Tower
Yang *Scroll*: " You know how his lawyers are... this one needs to go by the book."
Spider-Man: " C'mon Yang, I've been waiting eight years for this."
Yang *Scroll*: You really want to help? Head to Times Square, it seems his guys are trying to keep my backup from reaching the scene..."
Spider-Man: " You got it - Almost there!"
He said as Yang hangs up and he heads to times square to stop Fisk's men and as he arrived Fisk's men were shooting the police so he fought every last person but as they were webbed up he heard an explosion and heads to Fisk Tower quickly as he saw gun shots and Yang's men as he showed up landing next to Yang on the armored truck
