Tai stated sternly. The girl looked down to Tiffany and caress her hair before looking back to Tai.

"I'm you're daughter"

She stated simply. Tai scoffs crossing his arms over his chest.

"Yeah, right. Prove it"

"The baby has a small birth mark on her inner thigh and so do I. My mom, refering to Tiffany is a mute since she was born and uses a pen and notebook to communicate, you and mother had a one night stand resulting me"

Jennifer finished. Tai froze and quickly put some pieces together he was suspicious about like how much the girl look a lot like Tiffany but slightly different.

"So you're my daughter, you came from the future. Am I right?"

He asked. Jennifer nodded.

"Then why are you here? That's the part I don't understand"

"My partner and I can from the future because I wanted to make things right"

"How about you tell me you're full story"

Tai said as he sat on the edge of the bed and patted the spot beside him signaling her to come sit beside him. Jennifer smiled as she sat beside her Dad.

"Okay, in my timeline everything is completely different. Remember the time when you found the ultrasound picture on your bed?"

"Yeah"

"Aunt Kari actually put it away but I sneaked inside the house to place the picture on your bed"

"Why?"

"Because in my timeline you never saw the picture, your parents meaning my grandparents kept the secret about mom being pregnant with me. You never knew about me, as I was growing up I couldn't learn to read or write just yet and my mom was struggling so hard to try to get me to understand her. As I got older I finally understood but it was too late my mom fell into a deep depression and she past away"

Tai sadly looked to her.

"How did you found out about me?"

"I was going through her belonging and found out you were her high school crush. She wrote on her diary about that one night stand"

Tai sadly placed a hand on her back rubbing her gently like a father would to comfort their daughter.

"Everytime when I ask her about where you are, she just starts to cry and I gave up trying to find out who you are but when I had no one else, I figured why not find you or start over by going to the past. She also wrote about you having a digimon as a partner and I wanted one too and soon I found my own Agumon, I have been to the digital world myself. I never knew you so that's why when I first started to cause chaos it was because..."

"You wanted my attention"

Tai finished for her.

"So you manipulated time from the past so it can change the future?"

He asked. Jennifer nodded. Tai shook his head.

"Jennifer, you shouldn't have done that"

He stated harshly. Jennifer looked up to her father sadly as tears threaten to fall.

"What?"

"You can't can't change time like that just because you don't like how life is turning out. There are times we have to cry and go through the motion because that's what makes us strong. It was probably destiny that didn't allow us to meet in the first place, you should have just let it be"

Jennifer couldn't belive what she was hearing, after everything she's done to have her father stay with her mother, she was getting yelled at. She angrily stood up from the bed and looked to her father with tears trailing down her face.

"You don't even know what I've been through. My mother past away from depression and there was nothing I could do, my grandmother wanted nothing to do with me and left the house. I went to find my other grandmother and soon found out she moved to another city. I had no one, I was abandoned, so you're saying it was my destiny for me to be alone and have no one. Well let me tell you something, we choose our own path and no matter what destiny lays before me I would make my own path. I just wanted to make things right and not let the past me go through the same heartbreak that I've been through. So I'm sorry if I wasted my time but if it wasn't for me then you wouldn't have never knew I existed"

Jennifer said panting with tears trailing down her face as she let out everything. Tai stood up and wrapped his arms around his future daughter as she held on to him tight crying into his chest.

"I needed you Dad, where were you. I prayed when I was a little girl promising that I would keep my room clean, I'll try hard in school and that I would be good for you could stay home with me but you never came. You promised you'll always will be there"

She said as she cried. Tai felt tears wanting to come down in the corner of his eyes, as guilt settle in for what he said and because of what his daughter went through, she needed him.

"I'm here now, don't cry"

Tai said soothling as he rubbed her back as she cried for a while. As they pulled away Tai gave her a kiss on the forehead. Jennifer wiped away her tears. Tai then looked to Tiffany who was still asleep.

"Do you know why you're mother was crying?"

"Her despression is starting. She wants to talk to me, my past self but can't. Is there anything you can do?"

Tai smiled as he wrap his arm around her shoulder.

"Don't worry I have an idea"

"What are you planning to do?"

"Just wait and for now when your mom wakes up, we'll explain everything and have you stay here with us"

Tai said with a grin as he hugged his daughter.

"You're not alone anymore"
