All Thats Left

Chapter 1

I got Mason out of bed and made him breakfast, before I went off to school. When I got to school Anthony was already at our breakfast table. “Hey, bud” he said sounding half asleep. “Long night of castle trails?” I asked, It’s a game he and I play together. All of a sudden I saw him, the man of my dreams, Alec Bradlee. Alec is the most beautiful boy EVER, He is tall-ish with dirty blonde hair like me, but HIS EYES… Oh my goodness they are the most marvelous blue, like the ocean. “Close your mouth, you’re drooling.” Anthony laughed. “Shut up, you’re so mean.”
After that Vennesa walked up, she sat next to Anthony on our round table. She just looked at the both of us in confusion. “She saw Alec walk by.” Anthony says in a joking tone. “Ooooo… I bet she was daydreaming about making out with him!!” She mocks while acting it out. “GUYS, SHUT UP, Y’ALL ARE SO MEAN TO ME!!!!” I scream quietly. At that moment Jeremy, Jaxon, and Thomas walk up. Jaxon blurts out instantly “did she see Alec?” Both, Anthony and Vennesa say, in sync “yes.” Jeremy randomly says “UGH, guys, I absolutely HATE Monday’s who’s with me?” We all raise our hands in agreement.
    At this very moment the bell to go to class rings and we all get our stuff and start walking to class. We all walk together for the most part but, we separate Into two smaller groups. In front was Vennesa, Jaxon, and Thomas, and in back was Jeremy, Anthony, and I. Jeremy and I have first period together, and Anthony is in the classroom right next to ours. The others had already split off, and went there own way. Before we got to the hall where our classes are, Parker Stevens walked up behind me and poked my sides, and scared me so bad I almost peed. He laughed at me. Parker is very tall, and he has a massive crush on me but, the feeling isn’t mutual. I can’t bring myself to get rid of him though cause I’m too nice and he is actually pretty funny.
    In third period we had to find a partner for a project. This is the class where I have no friends but, Alec is in it but, I’m almost positive he is gonna already have a partner though, and I’ll have to do it alone, like I normally do.
    While everyone was walking around finding their partners. I just sat there, quietly. I don’t know maybe I looked sad or something but, HE, YES, that him, ALEC BRADLEE walked up to ME, and asked “Hey, you need a partner?” I sit there looking confused for a few seconds and almost stuttered when I say “yeah…” He instantly replies with “Ok, well, then partners?” “Sure…” I say kinda quietly looking down at my desk trying not to blush. He grabs the desk next to me and slides it so it is now touching mine. Then we started on our project.
    At lunch it’s only Jaxon, Vennesa, Jeremy, Anthony, and I. Sometimes Parker joins but most of the time he creepily watches from a distance. Parker walks over and sits right next to me on the little benches made for only two people but me and Anthony are already sitting on the bench so Parker has to really squish to not fall off the end of it. When the bell rings to go tonight our fifth period we all walk together. All of our classes are in a row first it was Vanessa's class, next was Anthony, then Jeremy, finally it was just three of us left Jaxon, Parker, and I. Parker looks at the clock -he is the only one with a class in a different hall - he said goodbye to me and quickly darts off. Now It was just Jaxon and I, we are pretty close so the slight silence between us didn’t bother either of us. Finally he speaks “he is really all over you and it creeps me out pretty bad.” “Yeah, but he can be funny at times, and plus we both know that I am way to nice too tell him to go away.” I explain to him. He nods in agreement.
