It had been two weeks since Madoka took a injured Ichika to phantom task. Ichika was fully healed, except for the memory loss, the Byakushiki repaired, he had new clothes, which was a butler suit at base, his normal housework clothing(white shirt, brown apron, brown pants) at home(Madoka's Apartment), and in training, a black skin tight sleeveless shirt, and the same for shorts. The entire base likes him because he made Phantom Task's food actually worth eating, so he had over two hundred suitors, though Madoka and Squall chased them off. Madoka, finally eating properly, had a major growth spurt and was around Chifuyu's height and figure, though having the same hair. She also was much cleaner as Ichika washed her clothing and kept on top of her about hygiene, making her look like a near exact replica of Chifuyu. Madoka now genuinely loved Ichika both as a brother and a man and became extremely possessive of him, only allowing Squall to flirt with him. Squall completely fell for his sweet nature, and had no problem establishing dominance over him in front of everyone. The base lost its dreary feel and felt more cheerful and flirty, like the IS academy. Tabane became a serious problem, though Ichika solved it. She offered to give phantom task instructions to creating IS cores... if she could have sex with Ichika as she fell in love when she tried his cooking.

Ichika had become Phantom Task's Head Chef, after Squall having a birthday party and about fifty members tasted his food and passed out from how good it was. Many members quickly approached romantically, only to nearly meet a grizzly end by Madoka and Squall. The two had grown to love his friendly and sweet nature and had become dangerously possessive of him. Even the psychotic Autumn had fallen for him.

Autumn and Ichika did not get along at first until she started see he genuinely wanted to be her friend. As a result, she officially is his best friend as she often loves acting as the waitress of the said 'restaurant' so she can terrify the customers with her psycho glare.
