I slowly open my eyes and I saw a light coming from the sun.
"What happen?" I tried to get up but I felt the urge of pain from my head. I hold it before I tried to get up again. And there I saw the dilapidated buildings, burned houses and lifeless people.
"Where am I?"
I wonder why I'm here. Inilibot ko ang aking tingin but I can't see life. There's no life in this place. I can't feel it. But then suddenly I heard someone. There's one. A woman but something's off. She's sounds hurt.
"Rein." I look around. Sinusubukang hanapin ang taong nagsalita. But I can't find that person. It's a woman's voice.
"Rein." Again. I heard a helpless voice. But wait, is she pertaining to me? Bigla akong natigilan at napaisip. Ano ba ang pangalan ko? Bakit wala akong alam tungkol sa sarili ko? The pain was there again unexpectedly. And then realized that I can't remember. Napahawak ako sa ulo ko pilit na tinitiis ang sakit.
"Please Rein. Come here." And now she's pleading. Naglakad ako patungo sa boses. I tried. And thankfuly the pain was slowly vanish.
"Where are you?" I shouted, though I don't know if she's talking to me. I still can't see her.
"Here, inside the building at your right side." Then after she answered I heard her coughing.
Inside the building? How come I can heard her that far?
I looked at the building at my side and I cursed when I saw it.
"Shit! She's inside of this building?" Sirang sira na ito and its a miracle that she's still alive. Tumakbo ako patungo roon at hinanap kaagad ang babae.
When I saw her I stopped. Bigla nalang ako nakaramdam ng awa at pag-aalala. What happened? She's lying on the floor and a big debris were on her lower body. Bloods are all over her face and she's coughing with blood.
I ran onto her.
"Hey, ah-uhmm wait for a minute I just need to think how I can remove you here.
" N-no ne-eed." She said and cough again. I started to panic. Come on think fast.
" No, you need to live. I have many questions on my mind right now and I can't figured out what is this all about." Imahinasyon ko lang ba, o talagang nakita ko ang biglang pagpapakita niya ng pagkabigla sa kaniyang mata na agad ding nawala.
Pinilig ko ang ulo ko at sinimulan kong tanggalin ang maliliit na piraso ng semento na kaya ko. But my strength wasn't enough for those big ones.
I stopped and look around, searching for something I can use.
But she stopped me. I looked back on her when she handed me something. I looked at my hand.
"A necklace?"
"You can use that to escape in this place." Tiningnan kong muli ang kwintas. lt has an oblong violet shape pendant. And I can see a cross inside of it. But wait...
"Wait. If it can help me to escape, then why you did not use it?" I asked. wondering why.
"Because I can't leave you here Princess Rein."
"Wait. Princess? Why are you calling me that? Who are you and-?"
And before I opened my mouth to ask who am I, she suddenly answered and a bright light from her body showed and she slowly vanished.
"I'm Klyre, your guardian---and yes, you're a Princess."
"I'm a Princess?"
I roamed my eyes around and hold the necklace tightly.
I need to know myself, my personality, and my identity.
