It's been a whole a 3 days since Antony up and left us. I thought my mom would never stop crying. She's afraid he's trying to set her up, but little does she know he's being set my yours truly.
I went to the police department the night he left. My mom has a good friend that works as the sheriff. Sheriff Donald was the perfect to tell my story to and let handle my case. He called me this morning with the best news I've gotten all week.
"Hey Paris, got a minute?" He said.
"Of Mr. D, wassup?"
"Well Antony thought he could escape his problems with no worries but I'm here to tell you we have found his location!"
"Wow! You sure do work fast. He's going to jail right?! When?!"
"The bad news is..." , he trails off, "it'll take us another 24 hours to get a warrant to search the place."
"That's fine! As long as everything goes well. One step at a time right?"
"Right but I have to go now. I'll hit your line when we have the warrant"
The line goes dead and that's when I get live.
I start to scream with excitement and blast my music.
"What's going on in here bruh? I'm trying to sleep!" Ashton says bursting through the door.
"Ahh, shut up! You can sleep after you hear about my news I just got from the Sheriff!"
He rolls his eyes, "And why would care?"
"Because Sheriff Donald found out where Antony is! That's why!"
"I thought we were going to move on with life. Leave him in the past... Oh God, Paris what did you do?!"
"Trust me! It's not what I did it's what he did and what he's gonna pay for." I say with an evil smirk and explain what happened between Antony and I.
Ashton got really angry like I expected him to be until I calmed him down and made him see the bright side.
"So we're finally about to busy him. Wow, it took long enough."
"I know right. Should we tell mom now?" I asked.
"Yeah, she does deserve to know. You are her daughter. I'll go with you."
We walked downstairs to our mother who sat in the den watching Bad Girls Club yelling at the tv. Since it was a rerun Ashton cut off the tv.
"Hey! I'm watching that boy!" Mom says jokingly.
"We have something to tell you."
And from there we explained to her everything that has been going on.
I know my family so well. She started to cry. When she finished drying her tears she said in the most stern voice I've ever heard, "Let's take his bastard ass down!"
