At the Guild

Gray : Hey has anyone seen Lucy lately ?

Mirajane : No, I haven't seen her all day. She's usually here at 10 in the morning.

Wendy : She's probably hiding because she's worried Natsu might be coming after her again.

Happy : Why don't we go and take a job request with her. Maybe she'll feel a lot better !

Carla : I don't think that will help Happy. She's been through a lot ever since Natsu betrayed her for power.

Lisanna : Not to mention he lied to everyone in the guild, about her false betrayal.

Gray : I'm going to take a job request to her, right now to see if she wants to go with me.

Lucy's POV : I decided to stay at home for the rest of the day, since my rent has already been paid. I didn't even want to go outside because I had a strange feeling that Natsu would be outside looking for me. Who knows what he might do to me if I walk to the guild on my own. I already know that a few of the people at the guild are probably asking questions about me including Gray. I bet he's outside looking for me right now.

Leo : Lucy do you need anything ?

Lucy : !

Gray : ( Knocking )

Leo : ( opens her door ) Hey Gray.

Gray : Is Lucy here ?

Lucy : ! ( drinks Tea ) Come in.

Gray : ( walks in with Happy )

Leo : ( goes back to the Spirit Realm )

Lucy : Yes Gray.

Gray : I have a mission flier. Do you wanna go ?

Lucy : No thanks I've already been on a job. I just want to be alone please.

Gray : Lucy I know what Natsu did was wrong. But you can't just hide here all day. You have to leave your house sooner or later.

Lucy : ( tears fall ) I'm crying.

Gray : ! ( hugs her while laying back ) It'll be okay. He's not coming for you again, I'll protect you with my life.

Lucy : ( sniffs ) What about Juvia ? Won't she be sad if you chose me over her ?

Gray : She'll be fine, she'll find some other guy out their.

Lucy : ! ( smiles sadly ) Actually I really don't want to go outside at all. Especially with Natsu somewhere out there. He's probably searching everywhere to find me and kill me when I'm alone.

Gray : And that's the exact main reason why I'm not leaving you alone. Me and Natsu might be the strongest, but our powers are the exact opposite from one another. Plus ever sense I knew Natsu he would always cause a fight, but deep down he would always stick up for his friends he even invited you to the guild when he first met you at Hargeon Town.
