"Not the HP! C'mon man! I payed like, 300 lune for that!"
Damien rolled his eyes,"I payed 300 lune for that." He mocked, waving his hands a little before picking up the little device,"It's broken dude. We're purging, it's gotta go" He said, putting the hologram projector into the trash, which was a shiny metal box. He closed the lid and the box flashed blue. When it opened again it was empty.
Caesar groaned,"I was gonna fix it." He muttered, crossing his arms.
"No, you weren't." Replied Damien, shaking his head.
The two boys had been bickering for over an hour about what to trash and what to keep. They were both 19, though Damien was slightly older. He was dark skinned, tall, and built. Most people thought he was threatening, but he wouldn't hurt a fly.
Caesar on the other hand didn't look too dangerous, but he had no self control. He had muscle, but wasn't hunky like Damien. He had a faint latin accent, tan skin and short, straight hair.
"All right we're done here. Out." Caesar ordered, pressing the button that opened the door to his room,"Out out out!" He said, shooing Damien out the door.
Damien chuckled and walked out,"You'll thank me la-" He was cut off by Caesar shutting the door, along with a faint,"No I wont!" From behind it. Damien shook his head and walked away, grinning.
This part of the Mova was like an apartment complex, long hallways, lined with doors every 30 feet or so, each door leading to a different pod. There were teleport stations every hundred feet or so.
Damien began walking down the hallway, heading toward the nearest teleport station. He stopped as soon as he heard a loud,"Damien!" Echo through the hall. He spun around to see a short figure running his direction. Jamie.
The young boy practically skidded to a stop in from of Damien, panting from running so far,"You gotta- oh my- you wouldn't believe-" Damien cut him off,"Dont forget to breathe Jamie." He said. Jamie nodded, taking a deep breath,"That's a long hallway."
Jamie was the youngest in the group. He was 15, and looked about as scary as a bunny. The kid stood at around 5'8", with curly butterscotch hair and freckles, he looked like a big toddler.
Jamie took another deep breath before speaking again,"There's a- a blue glowy floaty orb-y thing in my pod and it just appeared and Emily wasn't home so i went to Caeser but he told me to buzz off so I went to Bellamy's and he was too busy so now I'm talking to you because I need help big time." He said, not skipping a beat.
Damien blinked,"What kind of orb-y thingy?"
Jamie nodded,"The alien kind."
"Did you touch it?"
"Nope."
"...Why not?"
"Why do you think?"
.•°•.____.•°•.____.•°•.Caesar groaned as he heard another knock on the door. He got up to open it, "Jems I dont care about your blue glowy thi- both of you?" He asked, seeing the other boys standing in the doorway. Neither of them said anything, they just waited anxiously.
Caesar gritted his teeth before grunting,"Agh- Damn you. This better be good." He muttered, going to get his shoes on. He came back a few seconds later,"Alright." He said, walking put of the room, the door closing behind him,"

"So tell me what this is all about again."
"There was a glowy, floaty, orb thingy in my pod."
"And you didn't touch it?"
"No! I didn't touch it!"
"Pussy." Caesar whispered, to which Jamie shot him a glare,"I'd like to see you g-" He was cut off by Damien,"You guys are giving me a headache." He muttered,"We're at your place Jems, show us the thing." Jamie pressed his thumb against the scanner, which beeped and the door slid open.
Jamie had a smaller sized pod, one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining area. Most of the pods were kinda tiny, but they were cozy and cheap, and they had a great view of outer space.
Jamie led the group into the kitchen, where a small orb, the size of a volley ball floated in the center of the room. He stopped and glared for a second,"It turned yellow."
Damien glanced over at him,"What?" He asked. Jamie squinted,"The orb. It was blue before." He said, sounding kinda nervous, danger was never really his thing. Caesar crossed his arms,"Oo it's gonna explode. Go touch it Jems." He said, just teasing, but maybe he was right.
Jamie shook his head,"Not me. You do it." He said, huffing. Caesar rolled his eyes and strode forward confidentely, grabbing the ball of light. He screamed like a baby before realizing it didn't actually hurt,"Woah. Woah!" Jamie bit his lip trying not to laugh, thankfully Caesar didn't notice,"That is weird. You guys gotta touch this thing." He said, laughing.
Damien glanced over at Jamie, who shrugged and stepped forward,"If we die because if this, I'm gonna kill you." He said, hesitating before grabbing the orb, Damien doing the same shortly after. Jamie jumped a little,"Oh my- You know what it feels like-" He started,"That feeling you get right before you use one of the teleport stations-"
"Dude-" Caeser said.
"-and like the second before you transport you-"
"Dude." Caesar repeated.
"-get that really weird tingly sensation and-"
"Jamie!" Both Caesar and Damien this time. Jamie finally stopped,"Yeah what?" He asked, obviously not getting the point. Damien muttered something under his breath and Caesar sighed,"Why do I even try? Jems this is a te-" He didn't even finish the sentence before the orb turned red, and a low hum filled the room. There was a loud click, like somebody hitting a switch, and the three boys were gone in a flash of light.
