Clouds grew darker and the air grew colder as they searched the area for any signs of heat or even tresure. Hivian glared darkly at his crew as they scanned the area with heat sensors and metal detectors. It had been 3 days since they've began to study the area for signs that a dragon once lived and fought here. Even the remaining heated footprints would be enough proof that their trip to the Northern Ice Fang mountains wasn't a waste. “ I don't think we'll find anything here, sir. We need to wait out the snowstorm before more men die,” Mikku called to him, almost hard to hear over the strong wind. He glared at him and sighed. “ You may be right but we need to wait a bit more until the wind slows down some so that we can leave safely,” he called back. The wind began to slow some and everyone was packing up. “ Sir! We have a faint heat signal!” Clason called, causing everyone to get excited. “ Well… What are you waiting for? Dig it up! We need to leave soon so hurry,” Hivian snapped. Multiple men quickly but cautiously began chipping the ice away. Slowly, a figure began to appear ,the deeper they went. “It's a young boy!” cried Mikku.

Hivian had a dark feeling growing inside him. The boy was a alive based on the heat scanner but was it really possible? A teenage boy frozen in ice, it was impossible, even if it were for a few minutes. The boy should be dead. “ Is that all?” He asked, half hoping the scanner was incorrect. “ No… He has deadly injuries. I won't be able to tell if he is alive or not by looking or feeling. It is too cold here, we might as well take him in to headquarters and decide what to do with him there,” Mikku explained.  He sighed to himself knowing that if he said no, his men would argue but if he said yes and the boy comes… who knows whats going to happen. Only god would know, he decided. “ Bring him, if he isn't nothing special than we'll kill him if he is still alive,” he answered.

They soon loaded everything up and began heading back to headquarters. The trip began frigid but as they exited out of the mountains, the air began to warm up.  Mikku watched the boy carefully as they hit warmer weather. The younge boy shifted his head some and seemed to be alive but his cuts began bleeding again. He wrapped a cloth around the boy's left arm's stump to stop the bleeding from getting any worse as they entered the hot weather. “ Hmm… the boy is unusually strong to both withstand the harsh cold weather and these terrible injuries. Is there something else to him?” He murmured to himself as he kept pressure on his stump. The tall red trees of Sky forest. The gentle wind flew through the treetops, causing a few leaves to fall towards the ground all around them. It was as if mother natrue was greeting them back from the harsh mountains. The boy again shifted his head but this time, he opened his eyes slightly. His eyes seemed to be blank but his violet eyes glanced from tree to tree as if trying to remember where they were. Mikku noticed this and smiled slightly. “ Your ok now. My name is Mikku,” Mikku said gently and soft, trying to befriend the child. “Ari… is…. me,” the child croaked, blood dripping from the side of his mouth. The child seemed more focused but it was obvious that he was hurt on the inside. “ Your name is Ari? Don't worry, I'm taking you somewhere safe. You can rest now, okay?” He said, trying to show him kindness. “Can't rest…. Must go… to… ugh,” he grunted,  trying to sit up but he coughed up blood and laid back down. Mikku sighed, guessing that this kid was stubborn.

“ Just rest now, you'll feel better if you do,” Mikku said, pushing Ari's black hair out of his face realizing he was sweating. He must be weak from both blood lost and probably caught something. “Wings of night of blood that's pure but stay away or create something of blood of fear,” Ari gasped, coughing up more blood than falling back asleep. Mikku stared in surprise as half of Ari's hair turned pure white. The vehicle they rode pulled into the parking lot of headquarters and stopped. Mikku gazed up, realizing that they have arrived. “ That was quick,” he said, gazing back at him,” hmm he's wheezing… he needs medical attention fast.” Hivian came over to him and stared. “ What the heck? How did his hair turn white?” Hivian gasped. Mikku gazed at him and sighed. “ This child knows something we don't but he  is probably dying though. We need to get medical attention to him fast. He told me ‘ Wings of night of blood that's pure but stay away or create something of blood to fear,’” Mikku explained. Hivian repeated Ari's warning twice. “ Im going to report this to Kai,” he said, than added to his watch “ bring two nurses down here, there's a hurt child we need to tend too.” The nurses came and took the child inside. A moment of silence came. Hivian and Mikku watched as a fancy white car pulled into the parking lot and stopped. A male stepped out, he had long golden hair, tanned skin, and pale blue eyes. He adjusted the collar of his white tux than smirked. “ Not many have seen me in person but I know I have to see this… child you mention.” “Kai!” Both Mikku and Hivian gasped. Kai looked as if he was a teenager like Ari but he was rich and powerful. Kai narrowed his eyes as he crossed his arms. “ Come on, I don't have all day,” he said. Mikku cleared his throat. “ The child is badly injured and may not survive. If he does than we'll study him but keep him in a natural environment in my house. He'll be living with me and my daughter.” Hivian gave him a nervous glance and sighed in relief when Kai didn't get angry. Kai pushed his hair out of his face and gave a sharp calm glance to both of them. “ Very well… I was hoping that I could've taken him to my mansion to live there with my friend Josh and I but I suppose he'll do better in a simple house. Call me when Ari is well,” he answered, climbing back into the car. At that moment, Mikku knew something was up. “Wait a minute! How did you even know that we even had a half dead child? We didn't even reported it in! Not only that, how did you know his name?  Only I knew his name,” Mikku said, crosing his arms. Kai gave a cold long stare at him. It was as though he knew more than what he had said. “ If I told you than you will never believe it,” he shrugged and closed the door. Before anyone could ask anything else, he drove off. He pushed his glasses up his nose and glared at Hivian. “ Let's get to work, whatever we find, we will keep quiet until we know what we're dealing with,” he commanded. “ Wait a minuet! Since when did you became a head of this group?” Hivian croaked. Mikku pushed his hair out of his face as he said “ Since you stood there like a idiot and I took ahold of things.”
