.10 Here come the fireworks

Hey guys since it was 4th of July a couple weeks ago I'm going to make this one fourth of July themed. I was going to post on 4th of July but I was busy and then I was too lazy. Hope you like it. 😄And I'll try to make a theme song for each chapter.

Carla's p.o.v.

A couple weeks have passed by. I haven't been crying a lot but I have cried. Harry has been calling me often and checking up on me. It is now Fourth of July. I am so excited but I wish Harry was here with me. I am half American and half British so I do celebrate July 4th. Every year Jessica and I go to the beach and see the fireworks. I think Harry came with us once. I am currently in the kitchen making a sandwich.

"Who's ready for the most epic Fourth of July ever!?" Jessica shouted. I jumped and almost cut my finger.

"Jesus Jess you can't sneak up on me like that. I almost cut my finger off." I sternly said.

"Sorry I got carried away and I'm so excited." She apologized.

"It's okay. What do we have planned for today?" I asked.

"So we're going to the beach and watch the fireworks. And then we're going to this party Alissa invited us to." She said. Although Alissa was a good friend of ours I wasn't in the mood for partying.

"I'm not sure I want to go to a party." I spoke up.

"Oh come on you need to loosen up it'll make you forget about Harry for a while. It'll be fun I promise. Please come?" She was right I did need to get out of the house and stop moping around like my life was over.

"Fine I'll go." I gave in.

She jumped up and down like a child getting presents on Christmas day.

It was now 7:45pm and we had to get ready for the beach and the party. There was a beach close to my house so we decided to go that one instead of the one we always go to. It was a 3 minute walk from my house. Actually it was behind my backyard. I can't believe I never noticed a beach behind my backyard. We decided to wear normal clothes to go to the beach and once the fireworks were done we walk back to my house and change for the party.

I was done changing and so was Jessica so we started to leave the house. As we were walking there I got a text message.

From Haz<3: Happy Fourth of July Baby girl. I hope you have fun today, I love you.

Aw how sweet was that. Let's text him back.

Me: Thanks babe hope you're having fun too. I love you too.

When I was done texting Harry we had arrived at the beach. It was now 8:00pm and the fireworks were about to start. I saw a red splat light up the sky. It was beautiful just like every year. Then a blue one lit up the sky. A couple more flew up and then it was time for the grand finale. The fireworks were shaped like stars and it was spectacular. If only Harry could be here enjoying this with me. Then they finished.

Jessica and I started to walk back to my house. As soon as we got on my porch got my keys put of my bag and unlocked my back door. We got upstairs to our rooms and got ready for the party. I decided to wear a red satin empire short strapless cocktail dress with my black platforms. I didn't wear much make up just mascara and red lipstick. I curled my hair and once I was done the curls stopped at my mid-back.

I was ready and so was Jess. She wore a high-low purple dress that was strapless with polka dot high heel stilettos. Her blonde locks stopped a little bit beneath her shoulders. She looked absolutely beautiful.

"Wow babe you look hot." She commented.

"Well you look stunning also." I complimented.

We got our purses and phones and headed out the door. We walked down the stairs of my front porch and made it to my car. I opened the door and got in to the driver's seat. Jess did the same and got in to the passenger seat. I turned the key in the ignition and drove off to Alissa's house.

A while later we arrived to Alissa's house. I got out of the car and walked to her front door. We could already hear the loud music as we got closer to the door. The door was open so we let ourselves in.

"Please don't leave my side there are way too many people in here and I can't get lost." I practically shouted in her ear. She nodded in agreement. Suddenly Alissa stumbled up to us.

"Hey guys so glad you could make it!" She Slurred. I think she was already drunk. Jess and I went to the kitchen. There were a lot of drinks. I took a cup and filled it with vodka. I took a sip and I could feel the substance burning in my throat. I can't remember the last I went to a party and had a strong drink. It felt pretty damn good. When you're drunk you're carefree. So that's exactly what I'm going to do. I know I shouldn't but I haven't had fun a while so why not.

"CHUG CHUG CHUG!" I heard the group around me cheer. I was now in a chugging contest with a random person. I finished first than the person I was against and I feel like I have accomplished a lot. I can't believe I just drank a full bottle of vodka. What if I get sick and die? Wait where the fuck is Jess. Ugh everything around me was spinning and I couldn't stand straight.

I told her not to leave my side. What if she was hooking up with another guy? No she would never do that to Niall. Anyways back to finding Jess. I had suddenly stumbled and I almost fell. Somebody had caught me. But who was it? I tried making out the person's face but I was too drunk to be able to.

"Clumsy aren't we baby?" Oh now I know who it is.
