day seven part two: midnight awkward

1 1 : 4 5 p m

"seriously mate! let's take a ride out in the cold air! i know the way, i promise! why don't we go there? pleasee"

"louis, no."

"jakeeeeee!"

"lou, no! plus, come on, it's like almost midnight and you want to go to taco bell? nonsense,"

"well i'm craving some damn taco bell,"

louis sighs through the phone, pouting as he sets his arms over his naked chest. he only wants to go to taco bell but of course, jake being the serious and non-fun one, he doesn't approve of louis' late choice.

"ugh, americans like you never like to have fun! well, i'll take matters in my own hands then," louis smirks.

jake gasps, "hey! americans are fun- wait, louis no-"

before jake can finish his protest, louis ends the call with a chuckle. since he already has on his jeans, he jumps from his king size bed and reaches for his black jumper and puts it over his head, letting it fall down over his torso. from the corner of the dark room, he takes his black vans and shoves them on his sock covered feet and exits the bedroom. he fishes the hotel door card from the bowl in the kitchen and exits the big suite, locking the door safely behind.

the surroundings are quiet as louis relaxes in the cushion booth, waiting for a waitress or waiter to ask for his order. although taco bell had seem like a better choice then anne's bakery, louis' stomach was now in the mood for some coffee and a few cookies.

"hi, um what would you like, si--oh, shit!"

louis smiles kindly, waving a hand at the smiley brunette waiter as she stands in shock at his appearance. he doesn't blame her because he's quite an eye catcher himself, he'll admit. she smiles back and puts her small mini notepad in her apron pockets. louis shoots her a confused look as he watches her take a right next to him.

a little too close to be exact.

"hi," she whispers, fiddling with a strand of her hair. louis shifts back a bit, avoiding any leg contact or arm contact with the unfamiliar woman.

"i'm guessing you're a fan, yeah?" louis asks, eyes searching the small coffee shop to see nobody's at the front to help serve with orders. he gulps. weird.

"um, haha, yeah," the brunette giggles, her big dark brown eyes glistening with joy. her cheekbones are high covered with light red blush and eyeliner neatly applied on her eyes. she giggles again.

"i'm eleanor,"

louis fake smiles, "that's a pretty name,"

"i know," she replies, also looking around nervously. she bites her lip, fingers slowly reaching over to louis' thighs under the table--which louis doesn't notice.

"you're british?" louis raises an eyebrow, noticing her accent as she speaks. she nods and smirks.

"yeah, manchester,"

louis' not even surprised. not one single bit.

"well, um," he coughs. "are you going to take my order or..."
