Renjun couldn't even add anything to his sentence, as Lucas was already on his long legs and running out of the dining room. His legs carried him to Boyoung's cabin automatically and he knocked on her door with force. "Come on... open up." He begged but it seemed as no one was there.

He should've realized something was fishy when Boyoung had rambled to him. He should have realized she was playing Kim Haerin's wingwoman. And he should've realized that it was hurting her. She normally wouldn't speak as quietly like that. She would yell at him and hit his arm. But she had kept her distance—for Kim Haerin's sake.

He knocked once more. "Boyoung-ah! If you're there please open the door. I need to talk to you!" He called but Boyoung didn't react. Was she somewhere else? That wouldn't make sense. Boyoung wasn't familiar with the city. She only knew the resort they were staying in.

"Fuck it." Lucas cursed and went into his own cabin, that was right next to Boyoungs. He walked on his balcony and could see light in her living room. "She's not opening." He grunted and began to climb over the railing that kept his and her balconies apart.

Once his feet were on Boyoungs balcony he slowly walked towards the window that was open. Music was blasting through the living room and Lucas could see Boyoung sitting on the floor. "Bo—" he stopped talking when he heard that she was listening to Chinese music. He sighed.

He quietly walked inside and heard her sobbing. She was holding on to a bottle of wine and crying, while the singer sang out her emotions. "Boyoungie" He called her and she turned around, almost in slow motion. Her face was wet from all the tears she had spilled. "Lu-Lucas?" She asked. "What, what are you doing here?" Another tear rolled down her cheek and Lucas knelt down towards her and took the wine out of her hands.

"It's okay, c'mere."

He pulled her towards him and she rested her head on his chest. "Shouldn't you be with your gi-girlfriend?" His T-Shirt felt damp, but Lucas didn't care about it. He just wanted to hold Boyoung and made sure she was alright.

"I don't have a girlfriend." - "Bute Haerin, she-she wanted to confess to you." - "She did."

Boyoung's heart ached to hear these words. "T-Then why are you here?" She hiccuped and grabbed tightly onto the fabric of Lucas' shirt. She didn't want to let him go. She hated the feeling of knowing that she wouldn't have a chance. She wasn't a Kim Haerin. She was only Yoo Boyoung; the loud and annoying actress.

"I dumped her," Lucas said and gently rocked Boyoung back and forth. "I already have someone else in my heart." He whispered and softly stroked Boyoung's cheek. "Do you know who?" He asked and Boyoung started crying all over again. "I don't" She hid her face in Lucas shirt and Lucas giggled. "It's you." He whispered and Boyoung's head shot up.

"What?" - "I couldn't accept Haerin-sunbae's heart because I already lost my heart to you," Lucas repeated and wiped Boyoung's tears with his hands. "So please stop crying. It makes me sad seeing you hurt like this." Boyoung looked at him. "You like me?"

"Yes. I like you a lot actually." He grinned and help Boyoung's tiny face in his hands. He could look at these big brown eyes and the pouty lips for the rest of his life. He was surprised at how confident he was confessing to Boyoung. But deep inside him, he knew she felt the same.

Even if she couldn't express it very well.

"Why are you listening to sad Chinese music though?" He asked after cuddling Boyoung for a while. She had calmed down a little bit, still sniffling here and there. "You should listen to something happy like..." Lucas pouted his lips and grabbed Boyoung's phone. He quickly took her thumb to unlock it.

The girl looked at him with widened eyes, but he simply ignored it and started typing something on her phone. "This. This is much better for people who like each other." He grinned, pressed play and set the phone in front of Boyoung and him.

Boyoung started laughing as soon as Stevie Wonder started singing. "Are you serious?" She asked, another tear rolling down her cheek. "Why are you crying?" - "Because this song is making me happy. Just reading the title is making my heart feel weird and warm." Boyoung explained and Lucas grinned and biting his lip before opening his mouth and singing the chorus to Boyoung.

"I just called to say I love you" Lucas smiled down at Boyoung who joined in the second line of the chorus. "I just called to say how much I care." The two of them continued to sing the cheesy love song until it was finished and all of Boyoungs tears were dry.

"Do you mean it?" Boyoung asked and looked at Lucas. Laying in his arms, hearing his heart beat in his chest, made her ears turn all red. "Do I mean what?" Lucas asked teasingly, stroking Boyoungs hair. "That you... like me?" She asked a smile playing on her lips. Lucas grinned and nodded. "I mean it."

"I just called to say I love you; I just called to say how much I care," Boyoung repeated the main point of the song before leaning upwards and looking straight into Lucas' eyes. "Thank you," Boyoung said and gently stroked Lucas' cheek.

"What other songs can you recommend?" Boyoung asked and crawled out of Lucas embrace, which left the boy pouting. "I have another super cheesy song that you might like!" He typed something else into Boyoungs phone and showed it to her. "Frank Sinatra?" She cocked her eyebrow. "You seem to like oldies." - "Old, but gold." Lucas grinned and stood up, grabbing the bottle of wine that was still on the floor.

Using it as a microphone, Lucas sang to Boyoung, making the same-aged-girl clap her hands and move her body to the music. "Can't take my eyes off you!" Lucas sang and pointed his finger at Boyoung. She laughed when the music sped up and Lucas danced through her cabin, not looking away from her once.

When the chorus came back, Boyoung jumped up and danced together with Lucas while singing, "I love you baby and if it's quite alright, I need you baby to warm a lonely night!" Boyoung let herself fall down on her bed and Lucas jumped after her, the bottle already back on the floor; "Trust in me when I say: Oh pretty baby, don't bring me down I pray!" He laughed and cuddled into Boyoungs neck. "I really do like you!" He said before throwing his leg over her petite body.

"You're mine now."
