Chapter 13: The War

"I forgot this forest was supposed to be not visted."

"Violet!"

"Just because I'm the older sibling by 15 minutes doesn't mean anything alright?"

I unsheathed my claws, preparing to strike. "We's in here!"

Two humans came out of the bushes with guns. "Put your hands up!"

I showed them my paws, "More like paws."

"What are you?"

"One of the magical beings of this earth."

"What are you talking about."

"Felines, anime dreams coming true."

The police officers looked at each other. "Why are you here?"

"Um... To get the jar of stars released?"

"Nice try."

"You really want to have a history with magic?"

"No! Move it!"

They took us to a police office with hancuffs with each. When we sat down, Highlights commented, "These hancuffs are easily to break."

"Sure, try to break them," teased one of the officers.

Highlights broke the chain and uncuffed the remains, "Much better. Make them out of titanium or somethin' alright?"

The cheif came and sat down. "So, you were tresspassing on private property."

Galaxy broke the handcuffs and said, "My property, I've got all the proof right here." She handed the files and the cheif looked at it. "But you're just a mere cat."

I got fired up and shot a magic bullet. I calmed down and looked at the cheif. "Sorry about that. Whenever people say we're cats, when we're not, I get fired up..."

After a long talk, we were sent back to Clawton Cloud and talked to my parents.

"We've gotton ourselves in war."

"War?" Gray asked. "This is terrible! We finally found our aunt, you're not mad at us, and we're in war now? This is absurd!"

Nightmare sighed. "Gray, it's because they don't trust us and saw what we could do. They say it's 'Harmful,' but we already know what can happen without training."

"Dad, it's time for the Call of the Amalia."
