Ishita's P. O.V I knew I had to tell him. I said those three words to him... And it was brilliant. We went on a date, a club and had lots of fun. That night I slept peacefully. I woke up the next morning and looked at the sleeping Yash beside me. This was all that I had asked for - my life is complete. I have everything I need. Yash is my only need... He loves me and I love him. No one is gonna come between us. We'll stay happy and blessed forever. I just bend over and give Yash a light kiss on the forehead. He smiled a little and then turns over in his sleep. Just then my phone rang. God... Who wants to disturb us this early in the morning? Yash just grunted and started tossing and turning in bed. I quickly cancelled the call without even checking the caller ID. I'm sure whoever it was will be able to understand. My phone rang again. This time I took my phone in my hand and went out of the room. I answered the call. "Who is it?" I said angrily. "I'm your mother" the woman on the other side replied as sternly as me. "Oh, hi maa" "Good morning beta, why didn't you pick up?" "I was asleep" "What is the time?" "I came home late last night, so I couldn't wake up on time" I gave her an uninterested response. "I know you are hiding something from me... What is it?" I knew I can't hide things from mom. "I'm staying with a boy...and we both love each other-" "WHAT?!!" There was an awkward silence, finally my mother spoke. "Ishita... We are living in India, do you know what people will think about you and about us? I know what love is for your generation. You will stay with that boy for some time and then break up with him. You know we live in Noida and you live in Lucknow. We are not staying with you... But we thought that you are a responsible girl, and you will take care of yourself. But you are not reliable. Come home to us, we have decided that we will get you married-" "Mom I'll marry someone I love" "Then we will not give you our blessings" "I won't be needing your blessings if I marry someone I love" "It's a shame to call you my daughter" She disconnected the call. This is not the first time I've spoken to my mother this way. My mother was never proud of having a daughter like me. It's better for me not to think about this fight. I'm sure that once they meet Yash, they'll change their decision. Suddenly Yash came and hugged me from the back. "What happened darling? Why do you look so upset?" "Nothing" I said and hugged him. We both went out after breakfast. He took me for a long drive. I loved the natural beauty. Our perfect day was soon over. We then went out the next day, he even introduced me to his friend - Abhinav.
