Many years ago, the land of Asiria was thrown into chaos as the Great War had begun.
With all of the able men and women fighting, the land behind the frontlines were just as chaotic. Evil creatures from the shadows crept up and terrorized the kingdom.
And so the Moon Goddess decided to grant powers to four young girls each time they reach the age of eighteen. These girls would then be given the mission of protecting the kingdom from the shadow creatures.
Each girl, starting at age twelve and ending at age eighteen, was chosen and gifted the powers.
Now over a hundred years later, with that war still raging and the young girls still fighting, it's been told through prophecy that only two of the four girls will live to be eighteen.
With this information in her mind, the Moon Goddess made her decision on who would the Moon Knights. And she chose....
