Not everyone has it often, but they know its real
its a families roots, heart and seal
We all think we know what love is, but if I asked you
What would your answer be?
While your thinking here's what love is to me
Love is forgiving, love is true
Love is unselfish and not all about you
Love is understanding, love can be renewed
Love is consistent, love is what we naturally do
God made us out of love, so we can love others
So we can love friends, partners and mothers
Sharing love feels warm and calm
It soothes like ice on a sore arm
Love feels happy, so share it with the world
Your love should be heard
