Y/n's POV
{ring}
A number I didn't recognize showed up on my phone, but something about it seemed vaguely.. familiar?
I hesitantly answer.
"Hello?" I spoke quietly.
"Y/n! It's Jungkook, you're boyfriend!" A boys voice rang out over the phone.
Confusion washed over me.
Jungkook, from school?
"Uhm, I'm not in a relationship, and I know a Jungkook but I haven't seen him in years"
"Oh?" The other line cracked.
"Yeah I'm sorry.." I managed to get out.
Jungkook left me to go join a band while we were still kids. It's what his dream was and I couldn't stop him.
Why did he call me?
Why did he think we were in a relationship?
"Y/n, I just woke up, I've been in a coma for 5 years.." Jungkook was crying.
"Jungkook I'm sorry, what you remember of me, it isn't real.."
I hung up the phone I couldn't deal with it anymore.

I had to do something. I shoved my phone in my pocket and ran out my front door to my car. Driving as fast as I could to get to the hospital.

At the front desk of the hospital was a lady sitting checking people in. I ran towards her.
"Where is Jeon Jungkook" I say out of breath.
"Only family is allowed to see him now" she replied looking up at me.
I had to see him.
"I'm his sister." I quickly lied back.
She bought it and gave me his room number.
I quietly ran through the halls until I found his room.
I swung open the door.
And all I heard was the heart monitor flat line.
I screamed, I yelled for a nurse. Then I ran up beside where Jungkook was laying.
"Please don't die on me, you were, you are my best friend Jungkook, please." I cried
Slow beeps started to fill the room.
My eyes lifted to the heart monitor, it was slow, but it was going.
A nurse ran into the room.
His soft brown eyes fluttered open.
"Y-y/n?" He whispered.
I nodded and I hugged him tightly.
"Why are you here?" His voice was so hoarse.
"Because of you, Jungkook you're my best friend. I haven't seen you in years, and when you called me it hurt, because I've missed you so much, I had to come see you an-".
Jungkook leaned up and placed a kiss on my lips.
I could feel my face burn.
"Y/n, I think you saved my life." He said softly.
