Moving Into The Manor (CielXReader) ~ON HOLD~

~Chapter 1~

(Ryoko's Pov)
My name is Ryoko I'm 12 years old and my family is not rich we are poor even though both my mom and dad work hard. I have a little sister who's the youngest and a brother who is the second oldest then there's me I'm the oldest one of all 3 of us, we work in the streets doing whatever we can helping strangers carry their bags or we help shops clean or anything we can do to help out our family. "Ryoko race you home" my brother says cheerfully and starts running "hey that's cheating!" I shout and run behind him. As I'm running I feel the wind hitting my face and my long hair is flowing with the wind, suddenly I bump into someone and I fall on my back "hey watch where you are going" I hear the person say in a rude way I quickly get up and apologize "I'm so sorry" I look at the person and it's a boy around the same age as me and he was with some man dressed in black, the boy gives me a weird look and he leaves "please calm down master" I over hear the man dressed in black say but I don't think anything of it. I begin to walk when I see someone walking up to me "are you ok?" The person asks "yes I'm fine" I reply "hi my name is Maximilian" he says with a smile "my name is Ryoko" I say and smile back "what are you doing here all by yourself?" He asks and stands next to me "I was with my brother helping our parents get money but he's probably already home by now" I say in a sad way "oh...if you want I can take you home it's already getting dark and you shouldn't be out by yourself" he says in a concerned tone "yes I would like that thank you" I say with a smile. He starts walking and I follow him, we walk for minutes until we finally reach a carriage "so where's your house?" He asks and I tell him then he tells the carriage driver.
*AFTER CARRIAGE RIDE HOME*
We finally make it to my house "this is where you live?" He says in a shocked way "yes thanks for bringing me" I say excited and hop out of the carriage.
(Maximilian's Pov)
I see Ryoko run to the back of her house "I don't mean to be rude but...you know what I'm not even going to say anything" I think to myself, I get out of my carriage and walk to the door of the house from what I can see is very small and it's a little broken down, after a few moments someone answers the door "can I help you?" A lady asks "are you Ryoko's mother?" I ask "yes...did she do something?" She asks concerned I chuckle "no she didn't do anything but I have a deal to offer you if you're interested" "let me get my husband please come in" she says and I walk inside. The inside of the house is small and there's not much just a few things "please sit" she says and goes to a room I sit down on a chair that's in front of a small table after a while I see the door open and the lady from earlier walks out with a man "sorry for the wait this is my husband" she says and I get up from the chair "what's this deal you were talking about?" The man asks in a deep voice "I'll trade you whatever amount of money you want for Ryoko" I say "you want to buy Ryoko from us?" The lady says in a concerned way then suddenly the front door opens and Ryoko and 2 other kids run inside "Maximilian?" Ryoko says confused "I'll come back tomorrow for your answer" I say and leave the house.
(Ryoko's Pov)
"Why was he here?" I ask confused my mom looks at me with a sad look "we need to talk. All of us" my dad says in a serious tone "why what happened?" I ask getting worried "that guy offered us money in return he wants to take you" my dad says in a angry way "well then....we should take his offer..." I say quietly "what! Absolutely not!" My mom yells and slams her hands on the table "but we need the money you and dad don't make a lot" I say "she's right the kids can't even have regular lives cause they work in the streets to help us bring in money" my dad says "but I don't want Ryoko to leave" my mom responds in a sad way "does this mean big sister is going to leave?" My little sister says in a sad way.
*THE NEXT DAY*
(Maximilian's Pov)
I arrive at Ryoko's house and knock on the door, the door opens "please come in" Ryoko's mom says I walk in and follow her to the same place where I was sitting at yesterday "have you decided?" I ask "yes we have and Ryoko will be going with you for this amount of money" the man says and hands me a piece of paper with the amount of money that he wanted "ok I'll come back in a hour with your money" I say and leave.
*1 HOUR LATER*
I return and give them the money in a suitcase "there's your money Ryoko comes with me let's go" I say and walk to my carriage.
(Ryoko's Pov)
"Bye Ryoko take care of yourself" my mom says and starts crying I hug her and my siblings "bye dad I'll miss all of you" I say with tears in my eyes and I walk to Maximilian's carriage.
