Why can't you see
The things you do to me
The things I would do
To belong to you
The unpredictable wave of emotion
Those whirlpools inside of me
My love for you is like the ocean;
Vast and confusing for sailors at sea.
But alas this love shouldn't last
You've moved on from it all
I'm still stuck in the past
These feelings are my downfall
It cannot be
If only it could be forever
