I hate it when there's perverts in anime that are normalised?? Boys and girls, if you peak on people, grope anyone or talk dirty about someone in front them when they seem uncomfortable, that should be shut the fuck down. Worst is when young people watch a lot of anime with this shitty trope and believe this is how to behave?? Or expect it to happen to them? Real life, you'll get arrested for these thing and if anybody does it to you for the sake of being 'relatable', tell someone! Don't let your friends get away with this. Men and women shouldn't have to stay silent and laugh along if they're being sexually intimidated or harassed. It's very common in both genders in both anime and manga.
