Welcome, everyone! Sorry, this took a bit getting to when I said to look out for it, but here it is now. Enjoy and remember I claim no ownership of the Wishmaster series or other content besides the story and characters, those belong to their respective owners. Now on with the show!
Once in a time before time, God breathed life into the universe.
And the light gave birth to the angels. And the Earth gave birth to man.
And the fire gave birth to the Djinn, creatures condemned to dwell in the void between worlds.
One who wakes a Djinn shall be given three wishes.
Upon the granting of the third, the unholy legions of the Djinn shall be freed upon the Earth.
If the one who wakes the Djinn is a descendent of the one who trapped the same Djinn,
Then the Djinn will take that one as a bride which shall open all gateways to spread the Djinn's reign of terror.
Fear one thing in all that is...
Fear the Djinn.
" Do you Firuzeh take this Djinn as your husband? "
Firuzeh looks to her "groom's" red and yellow eyes with hatred and anger in her dark brown eyes before looking over to the fearful eyes of her sister who had spears to her throat. Her long raven hair is matted with sweat and her red and black bridesmaid dress, fitting with the rest of the wedding's theme, is soaked with sweat. She turns to the Djinn to look at him dead in the eyes. She spoke only one word, but one powerful enough to resonate throughout the red chambers that somehow made the humid air seem even hotter than it already is.
" No. "
The Djinn sighs, tired of his bride's resistance. He waves to the two guards to finish her sister off but finds them rock-still and her sister free from her restraints. Firuzeh throws out her hands, instantly freezing everyone in the room. She throws off her headdress, making the priceless jewels and coins clink together against the iced-over floor, before throwing her head up toward the ceiling.
" This won't hold them off for long, now brother! "
Firuzeh cries out before grabbing her sister closer to her as she ran out of the room, which was already starting to defrost from the greater heat. No time to worry about that, the older sister knows they must make their way towards the spell circle made from sulfur and pepper. Thank the gods no one thought to check on what her sister was doing at the bottom of her prison, a pit. It's a good thing none of the women cared much for how they soiled their clothing in mud and sulfur, they were wretched to look at anyway.
" FIRUZEH! "
She and her sister look behind them in fear as they see the Djinn making their way out of the ice, the one she was supposed to marry staring at her with those piercing eyes, hiding nothing about his true nature. He roars out in rage before picking up his pace, speeding towards her at inhuman levels. The younger sister, Laleh, is quick to react and throws some green-blue dust at her jailor. The Djinn lets out a strangled cry as he feels his entire body stiffening, unable to move a muscle as they become blocks of ice while his feet moved as if he were trying to run through a lake of honey.
He's unable to warn his brethren in time when they caught up with the two women, resulting in all of them also having turquoise dust thrown at them. All of the djinns were helpless to do anything when the sisters made it to their spell circle, chanting the needed incantation to leave the Fire Opal. He internally curses internally at his bride and intended queen, along with her meddlesome brother and brat sister. This anger and fury are enough to give the immortal being the will to be the first to break away from the spell cast over him, hissing silently to himself as he brushed the colored powder of him.
In the meantime, both sisters were able to reunite with their brother in his chambers. Unable to contain their joy and relief, they shamelessly embrace one another with tears shed between them, however, the nightmare isn't quite over. The great red gem on the ground between them pulses its hellish glow wildly almost angrily, eerily resembling a heart in a manner. The siblings all look at one another with grim and determined faces before solemnly nodding.
Laleh is quick to scoop up the Fire Opal into a wooden red and black box. When she finishes her task, her older siblings circle around the box with their hands connected.
"Nib Sugaroth Baheim. Nib Sugaroth Baheim. Nib Sugaroth Baheim. Nib Sugaroth Baheim!"
They started to chant lowly beneath their breaths, their voices growing continuously louder to the point they're almost screeching at the top of their lungs.
" Nib! "
" Don't you dare! "
The Djinn from within the gemstone barks out, yet this doesn't deter the siblings.
" Sugaroth!"
" FIRUZEH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "
The Djinn shouts once more, almost pleadingly but Firuzeh kept her eyes firmly on the opal as she and her siblings say the last line of their incantation, pouring all her fury and grief into them for all the pain she was helpless to stop.
'Good riddance... May you never find love.'
" Baheim! "
" NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! "
The Djinn in the opal screams out in defeat, red light and red light shoot out from the gem before dimming down to back into the box. The brother, Kaceper, quickly closes the box and lets out a sigh.
" Thank the gods it's over. "
Yet, Firuzeh didn't appear to show the same sentiment. The oldest sister furrows her brow at the box before looking up back at her brother.
" It will never be, brother. Someone will find it and awaken the beast before we know it, it's a descendent of Zoroaster. "
Kaceper looks up at his older sister, stubborn determination set in his eyes.
" Then we'll hide it away. We'll pass it from generation to generation, to make sure no one awakens the Djinn. "
Firuzeh shakes her head in dismay at her brother, so headstrong but easily blinded to the bigger picture. These immortals, the Djinn, are eternal evil incarnate, they will never die. They must be prepared when they awake again.
" Well, I gonna get out of these clothes and we're going to bathe. Come now, Laleh. "
The sisters exit the room to go towards to do just that. Kaceper watches as his sisters leave. He clutches the box to himself.
" You'll see. They'll never awaken again. "
I think we all know where this will be heading. I hope you guys enjoy that. So please remember to comment, vote, or share. I can promise you this will be a doozy of gore and description so I hope ya'll have a strong stomach- AHHHHN * Get snatched away by a tentacle into a deep pit * Stay weird, my fellow humans.
