Emily's POV

Julia passed out on stage and we are in the ambulance on our way to the hospital. I didn't know what to suspect.....whether she will wake up......or not.

I pushed that thought aside when we arrived at the hospital and they took her out and into the emergency room. We all slumped into the chairs of the waiting room anticipating for the doctors news.

A few minutes passed that turned into a few hours. We all spent those hours in silence, I spent then sobbing into Liam's chest.

The paparazzi already were crowding the hospital along with many fans. I could see the sun rising through the window. I was about to fall asleep until we heard a doctor say " company of Julia Andrews"

We rose to our feed in a blink of an eye. The doctor walked over to us and I was practically shaking awaiting the news.

"So what is it? How is she? Can we see her?" MJ asked hastily and the expression on the doctors face was unreadable.

"Well, um first I am Dr. Morry and Julia is now awake." he began and we sighed in relief.

"What caused her to fall?" Stef asked.

"Well, it could be just from all the pain she has been in. She might've not been able to handle all of it so she became unconscious." Dr. Morry answered."Has she been eating?"

"Earlier yesterday, she couldn't keep any food down. Then later on, she was able to keep some food down." Liam replied and he jotted down something on his clipboard.

"So? Will she be alright?" Louis asked.

"Well, apparently one of her cuts pierced through deep than we saw last time. It has cut her kidney and she will need a transplant."

"Why? people can live with one kidney. I am evidence." Liam said.

"You can except, Julia was not the only victim of that knife. The cut from the knife has caused an infection and it spread too far for her to live on only one kidney."

I gasped at his words."So what is the best thing we can do?"

"You must find a donor for her."

"What happens if we can't find a donor in time?" Zayn asked and I was terrified knowing the answer.

"Well, I dont think this will be the best conclusion but if there's not donor, she might die."

No! No! My best friend is not going to die! I won't let her die! "We have to find a donor!"

"Why can you just take out the infection!" Niall said his temper rising.

"It's not that simple. It's spread too much through her body and kidney."

"Can I donated?" MJ asked.

"Maybe.....if you match her blood type." he said.

"But I am her brother, shouldn't I be able to donate?" MJ said his voice getting higher.
