Ever since Count Vertigo died a new count, Count Dulad has come out from hiding. Dulad is a drug that make you go crazy, fall over, and makes you think you're going to die. Even enough to kill you. The only way you could get it, is by eating food. Dealers start working at high class restaurants, wanting to kill the rich and wealthy. They add the tasteless serium to any food and it will start to take effect. Once the consumer has had one bite, effect will start 6 hours later, on the dot.

Well anyway Count Dulad was way worse than Count Vertigo. He mass produces the drug with human blood, dropping bodies before the drug even came out! There has been over 100 casualties just from taking human blood. There is no pattern of blood type but there is a pattern on class. Nobody rich nor poor has been down for blood. Only middle class, they eat food that rich people don't eat and food that the poor can't afford. That food in the blood steam help create the horrible drug Dulad.
