Chapter 1

Paige's POV

I wake up to the sound of my mom's voice telling me to get up for school. Luckily, it's senior year. My last year of seeing people I can't stand. We'll except for my best friend Hallie.

We've been inseparable since kindergarten. She's always there for me when I need her most and same goes for me.

I get ready and dressed for the first day back when suddenly I hear my phone ringing on my dresser. Of course, it's Hallie.

"Yo man ready for senior year"? She's says through the phone. "Good morning to you too" I say back. "What's the matter your not at least a little bit excited"? "I am but, I just want to be done with school you know"? I answer her. I mean, I have thought of going to collage but I'm not one hundred percent sure yet.

"We'll hurry up cause I'm coming to pick you up in 10" she says through the phone. "Ok see ya soon!" And with that we hung up.

I keep telling her I have my own car, but she just keeps insisting on driving me.

10 min later I hear a knock on my door. Correction, I hear someone barge in. Yep you guessed it! It was Hallie!

"Hey man let's go senior year is awaiting". Hallie says as she awaits by the door. "Oh I'm coming".

School is about 5 min away from where I live so it's not too bad. But this year is gonna suck because I only have English, music,(my favorite subject), and lunch with Hallie. So, I don't know how I'm gonna survive without her. We'll hopefully I'll make new friends. Although, that's gonna be hard considering I have trust issues.

We walk into the school building together and let me tell you, you can already tell this is gonna be hell.

"Aww come on don't tell me your already nervous"? Hallie says. "Come on Hallie we have like 3 classes together"! I say.

"Just relax you'll make new friends as long as you make sure they don't replace me". She says. "Seriously, no one could replace my one direction loving buddy". Yes we both have a HUGE obsession over one direction. "Awe thanks man" she gives me a huge hug and then we part our separate ways because we have different classes.

We'll first period. Here goes nothing! I head to first period which is, social studies.

Great I suck at social studies and I have if first period. Just my luck.

I stroll into class and started looking for a seat. Then all of a sudden I see this blond headed boy with blue eyes. He's pretty attractive I must say.

I notice he's siting alone so I make my way over there. "Hey is this seat taken"? I ask politely so maybe I could have at least one friend in this class.

"No go ahead you can sit there". He says back. "Thanks. I'm Paige by the way". I say to him. "Luke, nice to meet you"! He seems pretty nice.

We started to get into a conversation about I don't know, anything. And the the teacher come in. It was a pretty basic class. He just talked a lot and pretty much just told us everything we are going to cover this year.

Finally the bell rings and I go to my second period class.

Lunch Time

I head down to lunch looking for Hallie so we can meet up and sit together when I bump into someone. Just great clumsy old me.

"Oh hey". Oh thank god it's only Luke. "Oh hey Luke. Where are you headed"? "Um I was just about to ask you the same thing. I'm headed to lunch". He says. "Oh cool me too". "Hey you wanna sit at my table with me and a couple of my friends"? He asks. We'll I was not expecting that. "OMG that would be wonderful thanks but can we find my friend first so she can sit with us"? I ask.

"Sure I'll meet you in there just look around for me and 3 other guys". He says and smiles and walks into the cafeteria.

He's really nice I'm glad I met him.

"Oh there you are I though I lost you"! I yell over to Hallie. "Nope right here. Now where are we going to sit"? She asks. "Oh I met a guy named Luke in first period and he invited us to sit with him and his friends".

"Wow, nice job with the guys Paige". Hallie says and winks. "Oh just come on". I say and drag her to Luke's table.

He was pretty easy to find. "Hey Paige". Luke says as we reach the table. "Everyone this is Paige and her best friend Hallie" he introduces us. "Paige and Hallie, this is Calum, Michael, and Ashton". We all introduced ourselves and just talked.

They all seem like great guys. But there's one in particular guy that I see. I think his name was Ashton. He had curly brown hair. And his eyes, OMG his eyes, oh you could just melt by looking in them.

Wow i probably look crazy right now staring at him, oh we'll. yolo right?

Ashton's POV

Wow I think Paige is her name? We'll she's beautiful. Like, her brown hair is just amazing and wow I probably sound like a girl when I say this. But like I know I just barley met her but, I wanna get to know her better already!

Authors POV

Yay!! I started a second book! Even though I never finished the first. I just like ran out of ideas so, here I am. Hope you liked it. My friend keeps yelling at me for not updating so hopefully I'll actually update this one! Hope you liked the long chapter! We'll, to me this is long.:)
