Kitten's bubble bath

Jungkook couldn’t help but be awoken by the steady stream of light coming through the window, the harsh light making it difficult to open his eyes. Despite this, he could already feel something out of the ordinary. The first being that his cotton bed sheets weren't beneath him, but were instead a soft satin. Second was the warm body pressed up against him. Struggling to keep at least one eye open, he is suddenly met with the knowing color of sky blue hair. Jungkook's eyes roamed downwards over Yoongi’s sleeping features, his eyes instantly drawn to the baby pink paci with the etched inscription Daddy, resting between his lips. He also clung to the baby kangaroo that was in Taehyung's pjs the night before. Jungkook couldn’t help the heat that bloomed from his cheeks in slight embarrassment as he remembered all of the soft words and gentle caresses he had received before he passed out.

“Taehyung knows” he whispered softly, fighting the urge to hide his face as the words slipped from his lips. As he began to sit up, a soft whimper could be heard faintly, slipping from Yoongi's now pouting lips as he shivered slightly from the loss of heat, and the movement. The faint sound of Yoongi suckling on his paci, and slow breathing trickled in Jungkook's ears as he squirmed closer, pressing close to jungkooks body for warmth. Jungkook couldn’t help but be comforted by the noise , nuzzling his face into the cotton candy blue fluff that was yoongi's hair. It took Jungkook by surprise when instead of the normal scent of sandalwood and vanilla was replaced with something similar to strawberries and cream. A slight tap at the door followed by a soft voice broke Jungkook’s train of thought.

“hyung? Are you awake? “ Jungkook instantly recognizing it as Jimin’s voice just as the door slowly began to creep open. Jungkook, unsure of how to handle this situation while in big state, decides that it is best to simply feign being asleep. The floorboards creak as Jimin closes the distance between the door and the bed, his breath hitching audibly.

“Yoongi too?”

Jungkook couldn’t help the way his heart seemed to tighten just a little at the disappointment that seemed to lace his words. This was followed by inaudible mumbling that Jungkook was certain only should cement his shame.

As the door closed, a far more solemn silence overtook the room. What was originally a moment to collect Jungkook’s thoughts had left Jungkook's mind swirling, yet one sound broke this newfound eeriness. Not the rhythmic, yet gentle, drone of suckling that had reminded him of the little nestled next to him, but soft sniffles. So soft, that if he hadn’t felt the slight shaking of Yoongi's body, it probably would have gone unnoticed.

“Yoongi hyung?”

Finally, as if biting back a sob, he couldn't take it anymore, he firmly planted his face into Jungkook's chest, and let go.

Jungkook couldn’t help but notice the tears that began to fill his own eyes as he gnawed at his bottom lip. He wasn’t accustomed to Yoongi giving way to his emotions, especially so passionately. Jungkook's arms quickly wrapping around his shaking frame. Jungkook pulled the teary eyed boy close, feeling each labored breath against his neck before he kissed his forehead.

“Shhh shhh kitten, tell me what's wrong” he whispered, as if afraid he would startle him. Jungkook was near certain he knew the reason, but refused to assume anything.

“H-he hates me now…. Hates us…. He thinks we are fweaks” Yoongi said with a raspy voice, followed by a small hiccup. Jungkook watched as Yoongi began to rub his tear filled eyes aggressively with two balled up hands as he struggled to sit up. Makeup from yesterday’s fan meet was now smeared across the ivory skin of his face in faint black streaks. Yoongi had always been really bad at getting all his eyeliner off in the first go, so Jungkook wasn’t too surprised. This gave him an idea though that he was sure Yoongi would enjoy, especially due to him being in little space.
