Girl Meets Boy Part 1

Sami's P.o.V

Me and Maya were in the hallway of school with Riley watching her texting Blondie while he and Holden are on the bench across from us

"Talk to him!" Me and Maya said in unison

"Why? we have a great text relationship" Riley said

"Ya know whats a better than a text relationship?" Maya asks

"What?" Riley replys

"Talk to him!" i said as we both pointed to Blondie

"He's right over there!!" Maya exclaimed

"Nooo.. too complicated over there, lots can go wrong over there, the only thing that can go wrong over here is if i go over there" Riley said and we kept pointing to him

Riley gave up and handed her stuff to us and mouthed 'hey' a couple of times then looked at us

"Talk to him" We mouthed in unison

Riley then sniffed him and smiled and walked back to us "How'd i do?" she asks

"You smelled him.." Maya said

"Yup!" Riley said happily

"You smelled him is what you did..." I said cringing

"I walk through life the way i walk through life" Riley said still smiling

"Can we please talk about this??" Maya asks

Riley gets out her phone texting someone. Mine and Maya's phone beeped "Nope" We read in unison and looked at each other then followed Riley to class

~John Quincy Adams Middle School History Classroom~

"You guys don't connect with each other. It's like you can't exist without these. You use emoticons rather than emotions. You're an unfeeling generation of zombies." Me Maya and Riley mimic zombies "Stop eating her" Corey said to us and we stop then Myzell walks in "You're late miss Myzell"

"My goldfish died" Myzell said

"You see this is what i'm talking about Miss Myzell has clearly suffered a tragic loss yet she does not seem in touch with her actual emotions" Corey said

"Excuse me i am crying my eye's out i'm gonna have to leave class early" Myzell said as she walked out and i smirked

"Oh she actually made it out the door this time" Corey said

"I actually made it out the door this time!!" Myzell said as she walked back in

"Way to go!" I said high fiving her

"Dad adjust and deal Cell phones have been around for like ever" Riley said

"It'll amaze you to know that there was a world before you and cell phones" Corey said

"And it'll amaze you to know that i have 394 friends in here" Riley said

"This is a timeline of all human existence. starting here" Points at the start of the drawn timeline "is everyone who ever lived, laughed, loved, and understood the value of life. the cellphone era, which begins right here" Draws a line which is almost at the end of the timeline "Pretty much destroys all of that way to go you!" Corey said

"Sir mind if me and Holden take a different position?" Blondie said

"Yeah save me friar's do i go too far?" Corey said

"Always sir" They say in unison

"We understand your point but we use our phones to video chat our old friends in Texas" Lucas said i smirk

"Yeah? how else can they keep tabs on all the hoedowns and cattle pageants?" I asked as Maya laughed

"Sami!" Riley scolded

"It's ok Riley we are unaffected by Sami's views of contry life as our Uncle Buster always says 'Be like and eagle and soar above the mocking bird" Holden said

"You're the mocking bird" Maya says smirking

"I know" I say as i turn to the Texas boy's "It kills me that i can't get to you two"

"Sorry Ma'am" They say in unison and tip their imaginary hats, I shuddered in annoyance and turned around

"Farkle time sir?" Farkle asked

"Oh i love Farkle time" Corey said they switched places

"With all due respect to history, Mr. Matthews, what's important to our generation will be on this side of the timeline, when Farkle and technology rule." He turns to Riley "And i will easily be able to make another one of you" He finished as he took a piece of her hair

"Ow" Riley said and rubbed her head

"And another one of you" He said as he took Maya's hair

"Ow." She said grimly

"And another one of you" He said pulling mine

"Ow..." I said flatly

"Wait so there's six of us and only one of you?" Riley asks

"That's awesome the future you can't escape it! i am Farkle!!" He said as he sat down again

"The assignment you can't escape it. I am teacher! Okay, so here's what we're going to do, guys. We're going to split into teams and discover whether or not new technology has made us better people. You'll do presentations on your findings. And here's a twist no computers" Corey said

"What?!" Farkled yelled

"We're going old school you're going to do your research at the New York city library" Corey said

"Where!?!" Me and Maya said in unison

"And here's another twist because i trust you not at all give me your cellphones" Corey finished

"No!" Riley yelled

"Yeah. come on, hand 'em up, hand 'em up" Students complain as they give him their phones me and Maya just put it in "Thank you, thank you. Okay, so our teams for this assignment. Maya" Corey said the Farkle hopped on Mayas lap

"What up?" He said she smirked and pushed him off

"Sami and Holden" Corey said "Riley and---" He sees Lucas "No!! No!" Corey said as the bell rang i smirked

"No! Why did you have to come here?" He said to Blondie

"Sorry i make you uneasy sir" Lucas said then left so did me and Maya

~John Quincy Adams Middle School Riley, Maya, Sami, Lucas And Holden and Farkle Are In The Hallway~

"Hey soaring eagle's you two walkin with us to the library tonight?" I said

"Sure if that's good with you guy's" They said in unison

"Im cool with it" I said then looked at Maya

"Well seeing as you are Riley's partner on this assignment i guess we should find out if its okay with them, Riley?" Maya said

"Riley any thought on this that might come out of your mouth in word form?, No because you don't have your phone anymore so what are you gonna do?" I said as she gave a thumbs up

"Oh look at that a thumbs u[p from Riley" Maya said Riley smiled

"And a smiley face from Riley" I said chuckling then me and Maya left
