Girl Meets Brother Part 2

~Sami's P.o.V.~

Me and Maya stand on Auggie's bed dressed up as pirates grinning when they walk through the door

"Arrgh!" We say

"How did you do this?!" Augs asks

"Demolition. Open late tonight and I have no curfew at all. Now, where's all your treasure, matey?" I say

"We're being boarded by The Pirate twins!" Augs says

"Oh! Thanks for letting us stick around tonight, Auggie." We say

"You're not such bad pirates." Augs says i smile

"So, can we keep her? Yeah." Riles asks

"But you and me are brother and sister again." Augs says i gasp softly

"Then who are we?" I ask

"You're the two who walk the plank!" Augs say as we dive to the floor

"I can't swim!" I yell

~Next Day~

"Smells good." Riles says as we walk in the kitchen

"What are we having?" I ask

"Cory's breakfast special scrambled eggs!" Cor says

"Seriously? You cooked the entire McScrambleface family?" Riles asks

"Yeah. Yum yum. Eat 'em up." Cor says

"That was Amanda's best friend. She used to come in through her bedroom window every night, and they'd talk for hours." Riles said to Maya before turning to me

"That was Amanda's other friend she was the most funniest girl ever" Riles says i gasp looking at Cor glaring handing him my plate

"Okay." Cor mumbles

"That was mama McScrambleface. She used to look wow." Riles says

"Who'd I get?" Augs asks

"You got baby brother McScrambleface. He was my favorite." Riles says Augs gasps

"You monster." Augs says

"Out for pancakes? " Cor asks we cheer

~Later~

I sat in Holden's bedroom telling him all about today as i sketch

"So yea what a crazy day for me.." I say 

"Wow" Holden says i nod i don't notice the love and adoration in his eyes as i keep sketching

"So....What happened with your father?" Holden asks softly i stop frozen and sigh

"Well...Me and Maya came home from the park one day..." I start

~Flashback~

6 year old Maya and Sami walk inside to see bags packed at the door and Kermit looking at them sadly

"Daddy whats wrong?" The Twins ask

"I'm going away for a bit sweeties ok..." Kermit says softly and they both get upset

"W-why?!?" Sami yells

"I will be back soon" Kermit lies softly seeing the girls faces light up

"Ok!!" They both exclaim

"Bye.." Kermit says as they wave before going to their rooms

~Several  Months~

Sami sat at the window watching the driveway for her fathers car to appear as hours past it didn't then Maya walks through the door happily 

"Sami we are going to the park!!" Maya exclaimed and Sami got excited as they ran to follow their Mom out the door

~At The Park~

Maya and Sami were playing in the park with Riley when Sami went to her mom to get a drink from her water bottle when she saw Kermit and a Pregnant women with a little kid  she immediately ran to Kermit 

"Daddy??" Sami asks Kermit looks shocked as the woman looks angrily

"Um i think you got the wrong guy kid here let me help you" Kermit says taking Sami's hand away from his fiance 

"Where did you go Daddy??" Sami asks confused

" I left i never want to see you or Maya ever again now go" Kermit says as Sami gasps crying softly and she ran to her mother hugging her left as Kermit and HIS family left

"What happened honey?" Katy asks but Sami just stayed silent crying softly

~End Of Flashback~

"So yea..." I say sniffing softly as tears roll down my cheeks Holden immediately hugged me

"I'm sorry i asked" He says softly

"It's ok it felt good to tell someone" I say

"Maya doesn't know?" Holden asks

"No i can't stand to see the heart break on her face" I say softly as he strokes my hair gently

"It's ok i'm here" Holden says as i slowly fall asleep

"I love you Sami" Holden says i smile softly as i succumb to darkness
