C H A P T E R - F O U R
"SADDDAYYY! COME IN THE WATER!" Callie yelled from the beach side.
I looked at her and shook my head. All these girls are gorgeous and have bodies to die for. Then there's me, my body is nothing compared to theirs. I looked up form where I was sitting and saw Callie walking towards me.
"What wrong?" She sat down beside me.
"Nothing, I just don't feel like taking my clothes off or swimming..." I trailed off.
"Nope. I don't believe you. What is really wrong?" she asked
I didn't want to tell her because it'd seem like I'm a just trying to get attention.. Am I right?
"Nothing!" I shouted back.
"Well then come swim! Please, I'm begging and I never beg." She pointed out.
I looked up to the sky, I guess I'm just going to have to do it. I am getting a little hot.
"fine." I stood up and started to take my shorts off while Callie watched, "Do you really have to watch? It makes me uncomfortable." She turned away and I took the rest of my clothes off.
Callie turned around and smiled, "Yay!!" she screamed. We ran down the beach and into the water.
I fell in the water which Callie laughed at. "It's not nice to laugh when people fall" I grumbled.
She continued to laugh my hair fell into my face as I stood from the knee deep water and looked. "What is she laughing at?" Alex walked to us in the water.
"oh.. you know I kinda face planted the water.." I watched as he snickered and put his hand over his mouth to show he was trying not to laugh.
I went deeper in the water to where I could hide the rest of my body. As you can see I'm very insecure. I guess I was fine until I saw how the other girls looked.
Just sitting there was scaring me a little. Something could come up and bite you or something, I was stung by a jellyfish once. I was lost in my own word until I felt something swim around my leg.
Whatever it was grabbed my foot and pulled me down under the water, grabbing my waste holding me down. I opened my eyes to see it was that guy Braden. I tried pushing him away but his grip was to tight. I was losing my breath, the death glair I was giving his didn't seem to faze his drowning skills.
He started laughing I kicked his stomach and swam to the surface as fast as I could. Coughing and trying to catch my breath all in one was really hard to do. "WHAT THE HELL?" I yelled turning to see him standing there.
"What?" he asked
"You jack! You almost drown me!" I pushed his chest and he fell back a little.
I began to walk back to the beach I heard, "you gotta nice ass!" he complemented.
Gee thanks, if only you hadn't try to damn drown me I turned my hand to where he could see and flipped him off.
"What time?" he yelled smirking.
"It wasn't an invitation!" I yelled back.
I got back and put my shorts back on. "Hey" I turned to see Luke.
"Hey" I waved, "I'm going to get something to drink, would you like to come?" I smiled.
He nodded walking with me, "so are you having fun?"
"Sure, I don't really know anyone but otherwise yes!" I laughed getting my water I ordered.
"At least you know meeee..." He poked me in the side several times. Laughing I stopped mid step and took a drink of my water. "You wanna go for a walk?"
I looked at my phone seeing it was 3:40 PM. "Where are we gonna go?" I asked looking into his eyes.
"Down the beach." he pointed to the way.
I nodded and took off walking. "You know your really the only girl who don't try to show out in front of me." He told as we walked.
I looked to the side, "What you think since your cute I'm going to possibly brake my arm just to get your attention?" I looked at him with a raised brow.
He chuckled and threw his head back showing his define jawline, "No... That's- it's not what I meant. I was just saying that you're the one girl that has not tried to throw yourself on me." he shoved his hands in his pockets and looked at me.
I looked at him, "I'm sorry I'm not gonna waste my time on something that's prolly won't notice me. So there's no since in trying to impress someone who's not looking for someone like me." We had stopped walking and stood in front of the perfectly steal water.
"I think your pretty stunning." he told me facing the water not even blinking.
"Thanks." I laughed. Other than my last boyfriend, Mason John no one has told me that.
I don't want to go to fast if this turns into something big I don't want to mess this one up. I feel like this could be something that I wouldn't want to let go.
