~Keith's POV~
~Timeskip! Two months later!~

I bolt to the bathroom, making it just before I threw up violently into the toilet. I hold my stomach, panting heavily as I dry heaved.

"Keith, baby, I'm heading out. If you need anything, just call me." Lance says, poking his head into the bathroom. I give him a thumbs up and lean back from the toilet. Once he had left, I relaxed, putting a hand on my stomach. It's mine and Lance's anniversary today and I was planning on telling him about the babies after our dinner tonight. I stand and use the mouthwash before grabbing the ultrasound picture from last week when I went in for a check up. I smile, going downstairs to make a copy of the picture. I grab the copy and a sharpie, sitting at the table. I circle one of the little dots and make a little note next to it, doing the same with the other dot. I yawn and stand up, grabbing a card signing it, placing the picture inside. I put the card in the envelope and hum, dancing around a bit just for fun.

"Hey Keith." says Lance's little sister from behind me. I jump a foot into the air and look at her.

"H-hi." I whisper, blushing.

"What's up?" I ask softly.

"Nothing. Lance told me to give this to you at exactly twelve o'clock. So... here." She says, handing me an envelope before skipping away. I purse my lips and open the envelope, seeing a card inside. I grab the card and open it.

It read: 'Happy Anniversary to the best little Omega any Alpha could ask for. After you've read this card, walk outside and you'll find your next clue.' I tuck the card into the envelope and walk outside, seeing Pidge standing in the driveway outside of her brother's car. She smiles at me, holding out a small box which I guess is the next clue. I open the box to see a key with a little red lion keychain attached to it. Under the key was a note.

'Hop into the car. Matt will take you to the next clue.' It says. I climb into the car and buckle myself in, Lance's present tucked securely into my pocket. Matt smiles and pulls out of the driveway, driving a few blocks away and pulling into a nice little neighborhood by the park. He parks in front of a house and I get out of the car, seeing my brother. Shiro ushers me to the door and smiles.

"Do you think the owners of the house will be okay with a random stranger in it?" I ask softly. Shiro chuckles.

"I'm sure they wouldn't mind." He says. I put the key into the lock and unlock the door. I walk in and saw Lance sitting on the couch, smiling happily.

"Happy one year anniversary baby." He says, standing. I smile.

"What is all this?"

"This is my present to you... I have a job with my dad as a magazine model... and that's what paid for this..." He says, gesturing to the house around us.

"Y-you mean...?"

"Yep. This is our very own home in a kid-friendly neighborhood and a great school district... plus low crime rate." He says, smiling. I smile widely, nuzzling his neck.

"It's amazing... thank you..." I whisper.

"Of course... anything for my precious Omega." He says softly, guiding me to the couch. I sit down next to him.

"Oh yeah, our friends are nice enough to be packing our stuff to move it over here while I give you the grand tour." Lance says. I smile.

"Really?"

"Yeah. They all agreed to it." He says, standing up. I stand up with him and he smiles.

"Ready for the tour?" He asks. I nod. Lance takes my hand and walks me around the house, showing me everything from the master bedroom to the basement. The real treat was when he lead me outside to the spacious backyard which had a pool. I smile and nuzzle his jaw.
