열둘 (part one)

((get ready for a long, messy chapter that was thrown together in about an hour))

After school, Renjun and Jeno waited by the gate for what Renjun could've sworn was hours. But that was probably only because he had to restrain Jeno. Naturally, he wrapped Jeno in his arms and refused to let go.

"Injunnie, let me go, I can't do thissss." He complained for the 27th time. Yes. Rennin was counting.

"Jeno, if you don't shut up, I will kiss you in front of Jaemin and then you'll never have a chance with him."

Jeno gasped. "You wouldn't"

Renjun smirked. "Try me."

"You realize that's kinda gay, right?"

"Jeno. How many times do I need to tell you this? I'm kinda gay."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know."

"Hi guys! Jaemin ran up to them cheerfully. Then he noticed their position and his face fell slightly. Renjun's arms were wrapped tightly around Jeno and their faces were only centimeters apart. "Uhh, am I interrupting something?"

"No!" Jen jumped away and Jaemin swore he could see a hurt look in Renjun's eyes before the older male could hide it.

"Ah, no, I had to restrain him. Your timing is perfect, actually, he was just about to break free."

"Ah, okay. Shall we go? I'll drive."

"Yep!" Jeno replied cheerfully.

Jaemin grabbed both of their hands. "Let's go then." And he started running.

"Ha Eun! I'm here!" Jaemin called as he opened the door.

"Ah, perfect, I really have to go! Thank you so much, Minnie!" The woman called as she ran down the stairs.

"Have fun!" Jaemin yelled as she ran out the door.

Renjun smirked. "Minnie?"

"I-It was a nickname she used to call me when we were younger."

"Well I think it's cute." Jeno said.

Renjun rolled his eyes. "You think everything about him is cute."

"N-no! I-I never said that!" Renjun smirked as both boys' faces went red.

"Hi Uncle Jaemin!" Came a loud voice from the stairwell. 

All three boys turned around to face the little boy. 

"Hi Haneul." Jaemin greeted.

"Are these your new friends?"

"Yep. They're gonna help watch you and your sister. Speaking of, where is she?"

"Sleeping. Maybe." He added with a mischievous grin.

Jaemin's eyes widened. "Renjun please go check the room at the end of the hallway up there, if she's sleeping, leave her be, if she's not, please bring her here."

Renjun nodded. "Sure." He walked up the stairs past Haneul and headed to the bedroom at the end of the hallway. He opened the door and gasped at what he saw. Lying in the crib was the cutest baby he had ever seen. Her eyes were wide open. He walked over to the crib and gently lifted her out. 

"Hi." He said in a soft tone. The baby made a baby noise. But a happy one, not a sad one. Renjun had always been good with babies. Having a bunch of little cousins helped.
