it was posted 3 minutes ago, it was almost 6 pm and god cloud's mind was thinking of the most outrageous things while he scrolled more he saw daehwi's tweet.

as he laid there in bed, fists balled, his mind thinking of all possible ways to approach dyllie about this, cloud just lost his mind when he imagined dyllie choosing his love life more than him,

he was selfish but he also wanted him to be happy with whatever he chose. cloud then groaned in frustration, as dwyn knocked on the door and softly called out to his son

"cloudie? your father told me about your day...mind telling mommy? i have all the time."

then dwyn just comforted cloud by hugging him and rubbing circles on his back as cloud let his mind wander off to whatever solution he thought about.

if anything, cloud wasn't a morning person, dyllie just stood there in confusion as he watched cloud joyfully eat his waffles, dyllie sat wondering what had happened to his friend, mouth opened wide and fork with a piece of honey glazed waffle in his hold.

"dyllie dear close your mouth, flies are gonna get in,"

dwyn warned as he placed newly cooked waffles on the platter while lancy chuckled,

"a new sight isn't it? when amanda woke him up, she was surprised to see her young master smile so brightly in the morning and jump out of bed without any hesitation."

after the two finished breakfast and was now dropped off at school by lancy, dyllie kept on pestering cloud about the reason of his happiness.

"what huang? can't i be all smiley and bright?"

"hmmm something is up...as far as i remember it isn't my birthday yet...neither is it our parents' or yours... or my fish's...what is it?"

"BECAUSE THERE'S A NEW AMUSEMENT PARK OKAY? GREAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO SURPRISE YOU BY BLINDFOLDING YOU IN THE CAR AND AND..."

dyllie laughed heartily as cloud raised a brow

"where'd you get those kind of ideas?"

"i don't know...my parents surprising each other for their anniversary or any other day..."

throughout the day, cloud noticed how...clingy daehwi was to other students..how loud and sweet he was but then when dyllie came skipping over to him with a bright smile, cloud was sure as heck that he saw the korean male's smile falter and cover it up with a fake one,

oh no is this a fake daehwi? or was he abducted by aliens? if anything yEY! wait no uh, dear me that's aw..ful..

cloud thought as he silently watched by the halls, he was sure he heard dyllie yell i'll treat you to lunch at ramen house on the weekend then hwi! with that being said, daehwi immediately smiled widely and waved goodbye.

all cloud could think of was did daehwi really like dyllie? that was a question he had yet to ask his parents, how do you tell if a person likes someone?
