Wasted in the blink of an eye

I always thought you'd be by my side

Of agony and pain
You left me dripping in the rain
4 Years
I never thought I'd say goodbye
To get you off my mind, I get high
4 Years
Told to have no feelings
But this new life is appealing
4 Years
I finally cut you off
And regained my strength that was once lost
You can convince yourself that you're fine
You can try to leave our past behind
You will never find someone like me
Our memories will drift away like the sea
As waves tug and pull
You left me feeling like a fool
Thanks for the memories
Our years will go down in history
But don't you ever text me that you miss me
