You were sitting down on the couch when the timer on your oven went off. Getting up, you removed the food from the oven, A knock on your apartment window almost made you drop the food. Sitting it on the counter, you walked over to the window and opened it up. Quickly moving out of the way, the three turtles jumped through the window.
"Man I'm hungry!"
Shouted Mikey as he bee-lined for the kitchen. Running over, you slapped Mikey's hand away from the food.
"Oww! What did you that for!"
"That's everybody's food, don't go sticking your mits into it!"
Smiling at him, you walked over and said hi to Donnie and Raph, but Leo was nowhere to be seen.
"Where's Leo?"
Donnie, awkwardly scratching the back of his neck, he smiled at you.
"He said he had something to do, he told me to say sorry he couldn't come."
"Oh, ok then, well lets eat!"
Grabbing a plate and getting some food, you and Raph sat on the couch while Donnie and Mikey sat on the ground in front of you. Putting an old action flick on the TV, you pushed your food around on your plate, not hungry anymore. Sitting your plate on the end table beside you.
"Hey, I'm gunna go and check if Leo's ok."
Before anybody had time to ask why, you were already out the door. Walking down an alleyway, you found the manhole and hopped on down. After some walking, you found the lair entrance and typed in the code Donnie gave you. You'd been to the lair quite a few times, even hid out there when the Purple Dragons raided your home. But the one thing you knew best about the place is where Leo would be. Walking quietly into the dojo, you saw Leo, sitting on the floor meditating. Silently walking over, you tapped Leo on the shoulder, scaring him out of his thoughts.

Meditating in the dojo was the only thing he could do at this point. He was thinking about (y/n) nonstop and it was getting out of control. She was pretty and smart and so mature for her age, how couldn't he not think about her! The one thing that stopped him from asking her out was what he was. He was a turtle, and she was a beautiful human woman that could date any man she wanted, why date him? Shaking the thoughts out of his head, he tried to focus back on his meditating, but a tap on his shoulder scared him nearly to death.

After tapping Leo, you suddenly found yourself under Leo with you arms pinned at your sides. Letting go shortly after he saw it was you, stood up and shouted at you.
"What the hell were thinking (y/n)!"
Standing back, you were shocked he yelled at you. You knew he was going to be irritated that you came to find him, but not this angry!
"I'm sorry, I was just worried that something was wrong."
Pushing around Leo, you started to walk around to the entry when Leo stopped you.
"Hey, I'm sorry I didn't mean to yell."
Smiling at him, you shook your head.
"Nah, it's ok, don't worry about it. I should have known not to scare you like that."
"I wasn't scared, you just startled me."
Sarcastically looking at him, you playfully pushed him back.
"Sure I didn't."
"Thats it!"
Leo grabbed your shoulders, flipping you over to the ground. You both started to laugh, but it slowly died out when the closeness of your faces dawned on you. This is the perfect time, Leo thought, moving his head down, he brought his lips to yours. Pushing your head up, you pushed deeper into the kiss. After what seemed like heaven, both of you pulled back, and Leo looked down at you in surprise.
"So I take it you like me?"
Sitting up, you gave him a kiss on the cheek and smiled at him.
"Of course I do, stupid."
