OMG YOU GUYS
OKAY. I WAS READING THIS ZIAM BOOK AND IT'S CALLED BLIND AND OMG IT'S SO FUCKING GOOD I SWEAR TO GOD OKAY SO THIS IS WHERE I GOT THIS IDEA FROM, I HOPE YOU ENJOY! This is actually a clean imagine, but there will probably be a part 2, and that will be dirty. And no, I didn't steal this ideas from "Our Dirty Little Secrets"--mine has a different boy and a different story line. :)

Zayn's POV

My fingers skimmed along the bindings of the books as I searched for the C's. "Collins, Collins...ah! Collins!" I quickly restocked out Hunger Games section, and stepped back, smiling. I worked at a small bookstore at the local mall. My job was awesome--I got to see all the new books come in, and I read a lot on my breaks. Also I got free coffee from the small coffee shop across the hall--I was friends with the owner. I especially loved my job at this time of night--about two hours before closing, things started to die down, and that was when I was able to get a cup of coffee and just read until I had to go home--and even then, my boss let me stay a little bit longer because I loved this place so much.
Suddenly I heard a tapping behind me, then a girl's voice said, "excuse me?" I turned and right behind me was a short girl with Y/H/C hair. She carried a long white cane in her hand. I couldn't see her eyes because they were hidden behind huge black sunglasses.

"Can you please tell me where I can find the Hunger Games, by--"

"Suzanne Collins," I finished, grinning. "Right here, behind me." I moved out of the way as soon as i realized she was blind. I didnt want her to trip over my feet. The girl smiled, then stuck out her cane. The bottom of it slapped against my boot, and she giggled.

"Sorry, I have horrible aim with this thing." She swept the ground in front of her, and kept moving forward until the cane hit the bottom of the bookcase. She raised her hand and her fingers danced along the risen letters on the side of the books. She pulled out the first and second ones and accidentally passed over the third one. I stayed silent as she sighed. "I guess you don't have Mockingjay, huh?"

"It's to your left, about shoulder height," I told her. She turned in that direction and quickly found it.

"Thanks!" She tapped the side of her sunglasses. "I can't see real well through these things, ya know. They're so dark!" I laughed, and she giggled along with me. "Do you think you could check me out?" She asked, then slapped herself in the face. "Oh, God, I mean out of the store! Not like....oh, God, I'm so awkward."

"Don't worry about it, love." I laughed. "I'd be happy to check you out." She grinned.

"Well, then! Lead the way, good sir!" She swept her arm out, but knocked it against the side of the shelf. "Shit!" She cursed, rubbing her arm.

"Want me to show you where the cash register is?" I asked. She nodded, shoving her glasses up her nose. I gently placed my hand on her arm, and she covered my hand with hers. A funny zap of energy came through my arm at her touch. We slowly walked toward the checkout line, and I pressed her hand to the top of the desk so she would know where it was.

"Just this?" I asked, slipping around to my side of the desk and picking up the books, scanning them and slipping them into a bag.

"Yup!"

"That'll be thirty six dollars." She placed her bag on the counter and found a fifty dollar bill, handing it to me. I handed her the change and she slipped it into the zippered front pocket.

"Thanks so much..." She let her voice trail off, waiting for my name.

"Zayn." I said, smiling even though she couldn't see me. She grinned and nodded.

"Zayn. I'm Y/N."

"Well, Y/N..." I cleared my throat. "My shift ends in about an hour...but no one comes in on a Tuesday night. Do you wanna maybe...stay here until I'm done, and then we could go get a coffee or something?" Her smile got bigger, if that was possible.
