Chapter 8

Rosie Power:

"Rosalie where is your friend?" Asked nana as she was almost finished with the food. "Nana he doesn't want anything to do with me." "All he does is rubs everything in my face like I don't already know." I explained. "Rosie your cousin and I are going clubbing tonight why don't you come?" Asked Hailey.

I gave Hailey a small smile. "Thanks Hailey but I'm not in the mood to go clubbing." I Replied. "Rosalie your going and that's final c'mon I have a perfect dress for you." Said Anna. "Yes and I can do your hair and makeup." Said Hailey. After dinner we all got ready for the night.

I looked at myself in the mirror and still see that little girl who lost her best friend. I told Hailey and Anna that I would meet up with them later. I'd just wanted some time by myself because I didn't want to look like a party pooper.

So, instead I decided to go back to my grandparents house but before I went inside I decided I wanted to go into the forest and walk around. It was dark but the moon was guiding my way. The cool breeze against my hair felt nice. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath for me to relax. Then I heard a noise coming from the east. My heart began to pick up and I started running from what ever it was out there.

Till I ran into something hard and as I was about to fall two strong arms caught me. I looked up and saw Will .

"Will?" I said in confusion. "You okay? He replied. "Uh...yeah I'm fine um what are you doing here?" I Asked as my cheeks turned pink. "I like to go on walks to clear my head." "But you should t even be here at night it's dangerous roaming at night." He Said coldly. "I have a taser I think I'll be fine." I replied.

"I should take you home to your grandparents ." Said Will. "No, not until you tell me what's going on with and why you are treating me like glass." I Snapped. "I could never forgive myself if something happened to you." "The world that you thought we live in is a lie." Said Will.!"What do you mean by that Will?" I Asked. "Curses are real Rosie; I've tried to break them myself and even my family." "But were stuck here and I don't want you involved in my life that may also haunt you or even a child." Explained Will. "Will you have to trust me and know that I'm with you." "I know you don't love me the way I love you but I do." "Please you have to trust me and believe me." I cried out to him.

Will Power:

I just look into her eyes and see the sparkle and glow that it always had in the night.  I did love her; I just don't want her to think any less of me if I told her the truth. "Let's just go home; please Rosie." I Said. "William why are you shutting me out?" She asked. "Because some things are better left unknown". I said and started walking back but made sure she followed. The whole walk was silent not a sound came from either one of us. Just the sound of trees brushing against each other and the echoes of owls through the night. 

The night was still young; the starts were our guide; I could sense all the curiosity from Rosie including her emotions towards me. Her life and my life were something that cannot kid because it is hard to control. A world of the supernatural; where the devil himself had cursed families from all over the world. The sins that our forefathers had made had cursed every generation. I do not want my future children to be cursed in a life they did not deserve nor my wife. "How's life as model working for you?" I asked to break the intense vibe that was happening. "Great" she said as a short answer. "Do you date?"I asked. She stopped walking which made me frustrated and agitated at the same time. "I can find my own way home without this or whatever your trying to do Hmp." She snapped and stormed off.  I called her name; "Rosalie get back here now it's not safe." As I pulled her arm which caused her to lose balance and tumble on top of me. My hands landed on her waist. Our eyes met and I could see the sparkle in her eyes they were like diamonds. Reality came back when she hit me in the chest. "Ow what was that for?" I groaned. "Don't touch me I don't need a guy to protect me I can take care of  myself without you around." She snapped and got off of me and started walking.  Damm she's crazy if she thinks I'm going to let her walk out here by herself. With my speed I ran after and picked her up and placed her over my shoulder. "Hey what do you think your doing you; you big idiot." Said Rosalie. "Stop being a brat and just accept that I'm stronger and it's going to be my ass if your grandparents know that your hurt or injured." "We can't have the famous Rosalie scratch for her modeling career." I said back to her.

"Ugh you know what at least I have a heart unlike a cold monster like you've become." She yelled at me.  That's it I threw her on the ground but not too hard and said, "don't say stuff you don't know or understand about." "My life has been hell and how dare you call me a cold monster I have my reasons for being like this." I shouted. "Really is that you've pushed me away so you can be mr. cool and act like I don't exist." "You think you act superior than me because your a guy." "Well think again William Rizen because I Rosie don't need you anymore I'm not a little girl anymore and one day I will find the guy of my dreams and he will love me and be there for me." "So, you know what leave me alone I hate you, I don't you in my life, just go I find my own way." She screamed at me. And walked into her grandparents house.
