When they were walking back to Kurt's dorm, Jeff waved them over in the common room. "Hey! We're playing truth or dare, you should join us!"

They shrugged and walked over. Why not?

They were in the middle of a round when Kurt had an idea. It was a long shot, but it was worth asking.

"Hm... Kurt, truth or dare?" Blaine asked.

Kurt smiled. He could ask his question next. "Hm... dare."

"Kiss me."

While everyone else rolled their eyes, saying it was a waste of a dare, Kurt pecked him on the lips.

"Alright, my turn. Jeff, truth or dare?"

Jeff thought for a moment. "Truth."

"Do you, perchance, happen to know where the contents of my small blue bag went?"

Everyone was a bit shocked at this question.

"...yeah." Jeff answered quietly.

"Jeff, what the hell did you do with it?!" Blaine yelled angrily.

They were all taken aback at his outburst.

"I'm sorry, I don't recall it being your turn to ask me a truth." Jeff said cheekily.

Kurt sighed. "Jeff, you don't know what those are, do you? They're important. Based on the shocked looks on everyone's faces, you have some explaining to do on what exactly you thought they were. They're prescription."

He emphasized the last word.

"What, so-" Jeff started.

"So I'm not a drug addict? Yes, I'd say that's accurate." Kurt said dryly. Everyone looked shocked, and he scoffed. "Oh please, don't think I didn't notice the stares whenever I took them. I just never thought you'd interfere."

Blaine stopped his silent fuming. Well, he was still fuming, it was just no longer silent. "Do you idiots know what the hell you did?! He could have DIED! How stupid are you all?!"

Kurt turned to him. "Blaine, honey, calm down. I'm still here."

Blaine crossed his arms. "You can't stop me from being angry."

"But if I'm not angry, then you shouldn't be, either."

Blaine sighed, uncrossing his arms. "Fine."

Kurt turned back to Jeff. "At least I won't be angry if someone returns them by tomorrow morning. My routine is already messed up now, I can't take them today."

"I still think it's suspicious. Who needs that many pills?" Sebastian muttered, hardly glancing up from his book.

"Shut up, Smythe. It's none of your business." Blaine snapped.

"Me. Someone with mental illnesses." Kurt answered mildly. "I suppose now is as good as any a time to tell you. I originally joined glee club because I was depressed; inter alia, I had no friends and I was beat down by jocks. My dad made me join a club, but that didn't cure the underlying mental illness. He, er, found this out the hard way..."

Kurt trailed off awkwardly. "I, er, tried to kill myself." He ended in a whisper.
