I wonder what she thinking. We've been here at the park for an hour and she ain't said one word to me. I'm so mad at her but damn, she ain't gotta give me the silent treatment. I don't like it.

"Mommy, can we get on that?" Devin asks, pointing at a slide that drops into twelve feet of water. "I don't know, Devin. I'm scared to let yall get on that." she says. "Please!" they beg  "They strong swimmers, Sky. They know what to do." I say. She rolls her eyes at me.

"Fine. Yall can go." she says. "Yes!" they exclaim, running up the stairs. Ain't nobody really in that line cause half of these folks can't swim.

"Sky." I say. She ignores me. "Sky, don't act like you deaf." I say. She walks off.  I blow. Mane, that shit irking me. Ion know why she always do that. She act like she gon die if she talk to me about what be going on. Like, damn. We lack communication. We don't handle our issues right. It don't even be me tho.

I walk over to the lawn chairs and sit by her.  "Why you being so petty?" I ask. "Could you like, move?" she asks. "No." I say. She rolls her eyes. "If I end up pregnant, I can guarantee you I'm not getting rid of it." she says. "Sky, ion want no more. You didn't have to trap me." I say. "So, I'm one of those lil bitches you be giving your dıck to?" she snaps.  "Naw cause you would be dead for that shit by now." I say.

She shakes her head. "Jump offs trap niggas, stupid. You're my so called man and my damn kids daddy! We're both financially able for another baby so why the hell you talking about I trapped you as if I'm a jump off?" she goes off.

"You did some jump off shit, that's why." I say.

She blows. "Wow. Man, fuck you. I'm through." she says. "Go ahead, quit on us like you always do. It ain't nothing new, baby girl." I say. "Grow the fuck up and handle yo shit like a woman." I add. "I'm a real woman. Fuck you, King. You gonna eat those words, mothafucka." she says.

I open my eyes and stretch. I got some good ass sleep. I look over to my right then sit up. The fuck going on? Sky gone and the kids gon out their bed  too. I get up and grab a note off the bed.

How them words taste, nigga? Don't worry bout us, we good

"Fuck!" I yell then hit the wall. Here we go mane.
