"Y/n could you please get up from that blasted chair for once and help around the house?" Y/n's mother said.
Y/n was sitting with a controller in her hand, the TV's light was illuminated her skin.
"Y/n I swear to god- I will throw away all of this," her mother said pointing towards the TV and her PlayStation.
Y/n sighed and paused the game.
"Thank you for acting like a girl for once," her mother said sarcastically.
"Are you for real? Mum there is nothing wrong for a girl to play video games. Its better than playing with someone's heart," Y/n replied sarcastically.
Her mother just looked at her and took the laundry basket and left the room.
Y/n sighed once again. She mentally applauded herself because now she had to go apologize to her mother and, let's just say, when you're a gamer girl with disappointed parents, average studying skills and terrible social anxiety, apologizing is difficult to say the least.
She went downstairs to her mother.
"Mum I- uh- sorry," she said to her mother's back.
"I will forgive you on one condition," her mother replied as she turned around and faced Y/n.
"If you're asking me to clean my room, I WILL THROW HANDS!" Y/n said.
"No. I am asking you to accompany me to the shopping mall. Mrs Lee will be there and her son."
"You mean that dick of a guy Taeyong?"
"Y/n mind your language. I know the two of you got off to a really bad start but-"
"BECAUSE YOU TRIED TO SET ME UP WITH HIM!" Y/n shouted as she cut through her mother's sentence.
"Yes, which is exactly why I'm asking you to come with me."
"Fine but I get to buy the new video game," Y/n smirked.
"Alright. Just look like a human first," her mother said and turned around to talk to the maids.
Y/n went upstairs to change. She wore a flannel with blue jeans and converse.
She made her way downstairs only to find out her mother was waiting in the car.
The guard opened the door for her and she sat inside.
Y/n put on her headphones and the entire car ride was silent.
They reached the mall and met with Taeyong and his mom on the top floor.
"How about you two go and hang out?" Mrs Lee said.
"Yeah okay," Y/n said and scurried off as Taeyong followed behind her.
"Where are you going?!" Taeyong questioned as he was having a hard time keeping up with Y/n.
"I NEED TO BUY MY GAME!" Y/n said as she entered the store and picked up the game she wanted so badly and headed to the cash counter.
Taeyong was standing beside her, still panting.
"Is this why we ran so much?" Taeyong questioned pointing towards the game that was in the cashier's hand.
"Yes OBVIOUSLY."
"Gosh can't you be a little girly?"
"Taeyong I'm trying my absolute best to see things from your perspective but I just can't get my head that far up my ass," Y/n replied with sass, earning a laugh from the cashier and the lady behind them.
And after that, Lee Taeyong kept his mouth shut for the entire trip and let Y/n do the talking.
